Fantastic experience: Sassfit is pretty much my second home I joined when I was 15 years old following in my parents footsteps as they were already members here. I have loved every little bit of sassfit the new learnings, coaches, movements, members who I now consider whānau the list goes on. One thing I love the most about this gym is that it suits all ages and fitness levels, as coaches can scale movements and weights accordingly to suit your style and we have awesome members to help you out and push you to higher limits Fast forward 4 years later after finally putting this above netball I was able to compete nationally at the New Zealand Championships in Cambridge a few weeks ago and to make it more exciting it was my first ever individual competition what a way to start my individual journey by starting off nationally ✨ I recommend sassfit to everyone who’s asking me about the gym because it truly is the best

Fantastic experience: Awesome functional fitness programming, friendly coaches and a great community. I've built my strength heaps since I started here. You can go to classes, use the open gym and get excellent nutritional advice, so if you want to be fit for life, I totally recommend this gym. Great for beginners and serious athletes who want to compete.
