Fantastic experience: I loved this gym,I have definitely been to a few and I can say I felt most comfortable at this one. The space is great and plenty of space upstairs, when no workout classes are on to do my own Pilates workouts! Very clean and hygienic! The machines are great and I love that the treadmills are in a hidden space, so you can enjoy your cardio in the space of private walls! The staff are really lovley aswell. Especially the cleaning lady ☺️ I Love that she does her workouts to, such an inspirational lady

Fantastic experience: After hitting a mental block with my training a friend recommended snap fitness new Brighton and it was just what I needed! I enjoy regular PT sessions with the amazing Kirsty Meates and have found an incredible support network from other members who I now proudly call friends. From feeling like I never wanted to step foot in a gym again to feeling this amazing sense of inclusion and belonging has been life changing for me. I couldn’t recommend it more.

Fantastic experience: Marce and the team have really created a positive, open and safe space. The people that go here are a mix of ages and backgrounds, all polite and welcoming. There are group exercises for those that are into that, and space available for all forms of land based gym activities. I've been coming here for more than 6 years, and will be there for another 6 at least.

Fantastic experience: A Perfect Gym, the environment that the trainers and owners have made are like no other. It truly is a gym that you want to go to and be apart of. They often do challenges to keep members engaged and Marce really cares about his members. Cannot recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: Love it you feel so welcome. I hate going to the gym but I love the people. It does seem to be abit easier now that I have been going for a few weeks though if it wasn't for the people that run the place I would properly stop except I also know how good it is for you.

Negative experience: The unlawfully take money out of your account and when you question it they just end up taking more and stop replying.

Positive experience: Great wee gym - one down side is the machines never seem to have internet connection so you can’t sign into the app “Technogym” to get the added programmes - at the CBD branch it’s a breeze to sign into every cardio machine

Fantastic experience: Great team at snap, New brighton, good variety of equipment. Plenty of parking, soap is always full in the showers.

Negative experience: They do not respond to emails, they dont call when you sign up for a phone call, they dont answer the phone, they dont respond to voice messages and the door is locked which is understandable except when potential new members are trying to join and its impossible to get intouch which is quite disheartening to be honest. Can even get in touch to inform them of this so my only option is saying it here. I'm sure they are great once you are a member but becoming one is impossible

Fantastic experience: It's been years since I've walked into a gym, after a lot of "looking around" for a good gym, close to me and work, I found snap on bower Ave. New brighton Christchurch. I loved the webpage so off I went after a few texts to "karta" , I meet karta she said she would do me a work out plan. whilst I was there i got a real homely feel about the place. Well set.out, good machines music mirrors etc. Two days later I meet up with karta ( today ) who walked me through the plan, which I was thrilled about she really nailed what I said I wanted to start on..... It wasn't too busy at 11am which was good for me. I'm pleased I've started with new brighton...I know here I'll be supported ...I honestly can't wait to get back tomorrow, to start off my plan.

Fantastic experience: The owner is the friendliest guy you’ve ever met, he makes it his mission to know all of his members by name. The staff are all so knowledgeable and positive. And all the other members I’ve met are really welcoming! I’ve never had a bad time here. Absolutely love this gym, the space, diversity and the inclusive atmosphere. It’s a real community gem. Hands down the best in the area.

Fantastic experience: Been training here since I recently moved into the area and it's never too crowded, has a good range of equipment and is kept very clean! Overall great experience but, like any mainstream gym has terrible mainstream music lol... Wish they'd run a AUX ;)

Negative experience: Over priced, sign up not explained. Want to cancel? Be warned you will be treated terribly and swindled out of more money than you thought possible. Really don't recommend. Lots of other gyms with better service, pricing and offerings

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, facilities are really good, shower is even better than my one at home! Staff are so friendly and always so attentive and happy to see you around, best gym ever! Been to 4 different gyms in town before and this one is by far the best!
