Fantastic experience: Been coming to 24/7 kapiti for 3yrs, it’s an amazing space for parents! 24/7 kapiti have a space for kids and I always bring my boys, they have a lot of fun playing with toys or watching TV until I’m done with my workout. Fabulous staff, always so lovely to help with any questions or tips while working out. A++ :)

I've been coming here about a year now, bring middle aged and not much of a gym freak I wasn't sure what to expect, but I've found my groove and enjoy swinging by a few times a week. Jason always makes time to say hello and check in as well. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: A central gym with all the facilities needed for a good gym workout. Being able to bring the kids in while i workout for an hour or so is a huge help and i know a lot of people find it beneficial as other gyms don’t offer this.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym. Small enough that there aren’t to many people but big enough that it has all you need. Staff/trainers friendly and helpful. Almost empty at the time we usually go on weekday morning 7:00-8:30am. Couple deals makes it almost the cheapest.

Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym for almost a year now and I love it here. All the guys are solid people and genuinely see you as a friend rather than a customer! Goes without saying the memberships are extremely affordable too.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with all new equipment. Very clean and staff are friendly. I was in town for a couple of days and the staff were nice enough to let me train casually. They have a open day on Mondays when anyone is welcome to train free! Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: The equipment is nothing extraordinary but it is truly the friendly personal trainers that make this place excellent.. from the very first day I walked in, Jemini made me feel very welcome and comfortable on the machines and free weights, I have the confidence I didn’t have at other gyms. Would definitely recommend this gym to anyone!
