Fantastic experience: Great gym with barbells, free weights, machines, etc.. They have everything you need. Reasonable day rates for folks traveling through. Clean facilities, friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: This gym is awesome, well equipped and always clean. Staff are always friendly and there’s always group workouts on. Good turf area. The deadlift pads aren’t great but overall it’s 10/10 gym

Fantastic experience: Best gym I've trained at bar none! The gym itself is spacious and spotless at all times, and the bathrooms especially are well-maintained and put every other facility like it to shame! The team is incredibly kind and welcoming, and the machines available are sleek, sturdy, and efficient at helping you reach your fitness goals. You can tell immediately that the staff are professional and care about your experience here. I work with LJ as my personal trainer three days a week. There are times I've had to reschedule given the demands of my job alongside certain medical complications, but LJ has been incredibly understanding and ensures that I'm always held accountable towards my personal fitness goals by turning my setbacks into an opportunity for growth! I strongly encourage newcomers to meet and train with him at least once. He's kind, patient, outgoing, and wields an incredibly inspirational spirit that will power you through even the toughest workouts!

Fantastic experience: Love Tawa 24/7 it has been the decision to move gym closer to home. It’s much quieter and people here are welcoming and respectful. It’s so close to where I live so I can go consistently.

I am In the best shape i have been in my life, through hard work and having a place I feel safe to push myself. The staff are friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and super welcoming to all that come through the doors. The space is super flash and always clean. This is a community that I am proud to be a part of and know that 24/7 fitness Tawa patrons are a family that are always rooting for eachother and super kind. If you’re looking for a gym with all the bells and whistles but also the heart of a small community gym. This is it!

Fantastic experience: Great gym with spacious and family-friendly atmosphere. The team are welcoming and warm which makes every visit better. My son and I have been working with PT LJ, and we really enjoy the sessions. They're fun, motivating and sometimes lead to a friendly mum-son competition! We would strongly recommend LJ at 24/7 Fitness if you're looking for some extra inspiration!

Fantastic experience: great gym, cheap prices and amazing staff.

Positive experience: the new gym looks nice but missing functionality of the old gym e.g two pec fly machines, no hamstring curl, no cable row, can’t change the handle on the lat pull down, no preacher curl and a terrible leg extension machine. The staff are really friendly, I just miss the old gym equipment :(
