Fantastic experience: Went down this morning to sign me and my son.was greeted by Aaron the Manager.Wow service 5 star.Aaron was understanding of our needs and we felt welcomed and at ease.if you want a good gym that don't look at you like a numberthis is the place.looking forward to reaching my goals.

Negative experience: I used to go here from 2022 to 2024. I had Ruby as a personal trainer, but unfortunately, she wasn’t that great. She ignored me and failed to meet up every six weeks as we had agreed. I was constantly overlooked by her, and I’m not the first person to have experienced this. The staff is also a bit lax—they don’t really check or roam the gym and mostly just sit at the desk. Overall, it’s a pretty decent gym for its small size.

Fantastic experience: Been going for the last month. For me this is a massive thing having never gone to the gym before but. Was teamed up with Steph who was so nice and helped me figure out where I am for a base level and a workout plan suited to what I was wanting to work on with my goal. I've kept to it and improved which in noticing, so happy results. The team here are so friendly with welcoming and just any help you need. 3 toilets and 2 showers available. Many different choices in equipment and all sanitized after each use by the person who just used them which is great. Thanks team
