Fantastic experience: Great session with Neil at body pump this morning . I struggle with knee injuries and he guided me how to do lunges in a way that was suitable for me, preventing my knees to get sore. Great instructor, thanks heaps Neil!!
Positive experience: Greta for weight lifting but no amenities in locker rooms other than hand soap
Negative experience: Nowhere does it say that the sauna closes at 8pm, and not midnight.
