Fantastic experience: Group fitness was never for me! At least that’s what I always told myself. Mainly because I lacked confidence training with those more experienced. With a push from a friend, I joined Saints 3 months ago, and my only regret now is that I didn’t start sooner! Turns out group fitness keeps me 1000 times more accountable than I ever was to myself, I can only remember cancelling one session due to work commitments. Old me, took joy in excuses! When I started I wasn’t sure how I would fit even one session into my very busy schedule, but now I’m doing four sessions a week and it’s the best part of my day. I’m finally seeing the benefits, I feel so much better and my past injuries are healing for the first time in 18 months. I love the amount of sessions that are available to choose from each day, so you can work with times that work in with your life and family. The coaches are all so friendly, welcoming and bring a fun level of banter and most of all encouragement! I’ve made some great connections and no one is bothered about your level of fitness when you begin, but they will tell you how awesome you are for showing up and they will celebrate your gains. I feel like a totally different person mentally and physically which is such a win for me. Highly recommend that you just show up, and give it a go!

Whether you’re experienced in fitness or an absolute beginner like I was, PLEASE give it a go, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym that keeps things fresh by mixing up the exercises and workout style daily plus they have boxing bags which are great for a little stress relief. Ash & Aaron are great group trainers and the general atmosphere is nice and friendly. Great value for money and after a bit over a month I'm definitely fitter, stronger and have gained lean muscle. Definitely give it a go!
