Fantastic experience: I had struggled to find a fitness programme that I enjoy enough to stick with, until I found F45 Rangiora. The various class times fit around my shifts, I enjoy the atmosphere and people, and I have seen great results. I 100% recommend to anyone , no matter where you are in your fitness journey.

Fantastic experience: Fairly new to the gym, came with the intention of completing an eight week challenge with them and returning to my old gym. I needed a bit of a change and was welcomed with open arms into not just a gym but a community. With the support of all of the coaches I achieved some pretty fantastic results and made some fantastic new connections. All coaches are super friendly, especially Aleesha gym manager and owner wee pocket rocket Sam. They have a wealth of knowledge outside of running the classes and gave me some really great support in the nutrition area. I am a five amer and love that they have a class that runs this early. Their weekend classes are also EPIC. Love it here and cannot wait to participate in their next challenge. Thanks team f45 rangiora

Fantastic experience: I love training here! I've struggled to be consistent with gyms & training in the past but the coaches here are always motivating & pushing us! Everyone at here is so welcoming and supportive, I wouldn't train anywhere else

Fantastic experience: The team here are incredible I’ve always struggled going to the gym but F45 has completely changed that for me - I look forward to it now and it’s often the highlight of my week. The trainers here are super encouraging and welcoming and it really does feel like a big family. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I love the team here, they honestly deserve more than 5 stars with the support and encouragement they provide. They make everyone feel welcome which is truly important. They help you substitute exercises when you have an injury or just not feeling it, and help perfect the exercise so you are doing it correctly If you join the f45 Rangiora team you won't regret it ❤️❤️
