Positive experience: I don't know how there aren't more drama's in Gyms like these which are essentially the size of retail shops with everyone crammed in especially during peak. Or at least I did think it was great there was no drama... until today. I'm working out at the bench and all the other benches were free and a woman comes up lol and wants the other one I'm using. I point her to the 4 that are free, the entire free weights area was empty, and she goes to complain . These people, really. The entitled attitude that she had to have the particular one I was using, and I'm not going to name call, KAREN

Fantastic experience: I have been happily going to Jetts Grey Lynn for over 14 years. I love the ambience and comradery of the gym. Being an older person I feel safe and comfortable doing my exercises. Also, I have sessions with my trainer Parween Metzler, who has supported me through these years of aging and balance. Love her.

Fantastic experience: Super easy sign up process and staff was super kind and friendly showing us the facilities

Fantastic experience: Will the new manager does an outstanding job with customer service, keeping the place tidy and brining good vibes! The trainers are amazing also with all the equipment you need!

Negative experience: Staff don't police the members wiping down the machines after use, and the PT's don't make their clients clean afterwards either. Pretty gross.

Negative experience: Teenagers vaping and fighting in here at 9pm. Equipment is okay but management need to enforce rules

Positive experience: Has the equipment you need if you just want a work out. Was clean and air conditioned, parking was easy. Only one staff member there. Was shown around saying, here is everything (slightly obvious) didn’t say anything about programs or what they do. I guess it’s just facilities, but understandable at that price. Amazing pricing.

Fantastic experience: Great, low-key place to get your workout chores done. Good range of equiptment, covers all bases, boxing bag work, cardio, weights and stretching/warm down. Other users are nice a low-key

Negative experience: The worst experience trying to cancel my membership. Was unable to use the gym anymore due to personal reasons and they did not consider my situation at all. Lacked any empathy, offer zero flexibility and I was forced to continue paying for a gym I couldn’t use. I continued paying for another 10 months and then tried to cancel AGAIN on my 12 month anniversary… they tried to charge me $106?? A scam. Don’t sign up to Jetts, there’s soo many better options worth spending your money on that quite frankly offer A LOT more that Jetts does…

Positive experience: The only downside is the terrible music

Negative experience: Impossible to cancel membership I have emailed them about cancelling my membership two weeks ago and they replied saying I owe $25 for a service that I have been paying 15 a month for despite not using for over a year. They will not let me cancel without paying them this fee and they have now started emailing me saying I owe $50 and have taken $25 from account without warning and have still not cancelled my membership absolutely unacceptable predatory behaviour. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great experience grey lynn jetts only thing they need work on is toilets and changing rooms are really disgusting Let one staff know and he just ignored me and carry on chatting away to girl he was trying to chat up. Very unprofessional. Management's need educating staff members about customer services. Instead trying be cool guy.

Positive experience: Amending this review from five Stars to four stars, purely because there is nowhere to park a bicycle nearby, not even in the car park. Seems like a massive oversight for a place that is promoting healthy living

Positive experience: Friendly vibe and has a pretty good range of equipment. Place is well maintained and always enjoy going there.

Negative experience: Honestly sick of these "Real Housewives" gyms, although this one has great weights and machines, but little tight on space. But I preferred the old days when the unwritten rule was dudes at the free weights racks, now you get woman in the free weights ‍♂ which theyre entitled to do but they often do resistence stuff which they could be doing on the machines, but that not as cool as the rack, so they take up 1 of only about 3 or 4 benches available. Would be awesome for guys to have their own spaces.

Negative experience: Very Unhappy! Unprofessional service and didn’t want to help us sign up! Didn’t advise about terms and conditions or want to actually go through the process of signing up, the lady literally said “ use your phone “ My friends english isn’t his first so he found it very difficult to sign up, he wanted to also sign up and go to a specific gym, the lady said she will sort it, We signed up on our “ phones” went the next day to tag in! It didn't work our tags didnt work! called the helpline customer service still very unhappy experience was greeted with a unhappy angry tone. The whole experience with Jetts has been very appalling, I called to cancel, “ sorry cant cancel till after a month I was advised….. This which I wasn’t even advised or aware of because nobody went through the terms and conditions with us. Dont use this gym… Ive been to other jetts with much more better service! this one is the worst yet.

Negative experience: Look, no disrespect because I'm sure they're good people but these places like Jetts, Snap and Anytime, it really does irk me that they're spaces no bigger than a retail space (normally set up in retail outlets like malls and shopping centres) so, a shop space! basically, and they have the audacity to call themselves a Gym!! The real advantage in these places being their location to your work or home,and being 24/7 (I guess). I also wonder if there's any Regulation around how many memberships they're legally allowed to sell per the number of people that can safely workout in such a confined space because that has real safety issues, or do they just keep selling memberships.

Negative experience: Please be careful with the agreements you sign with Jetts, they are very confused and not clear for costumers. Client service is awful, one of the person who respond calls from Grey Lynn campus it’s quite rude with ironic answers, she is not able to solve any inquiries, completely useless! I’m 100% disappointed with Jetts, I haven’t used my membership with Jetts in more than a year and they still charge.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Jetts Grey Lynn for several years. As an older member (75) but still working full-time I appreciate the convenience of a 24 hour gym next door to my office. Having been working out for many decades I do not need classes and appreciate the freedom of Jetts. I am able to work out at my own pace and adjust workouts to slot in to use equipment as it becomes free. Always clean, equipment working probably 95% of the time and with friendly staff Jetts is ideal for me. Jetts works very well during the current Covid situation. I have a serious lung disease that makes Covid a major problem if I caught it. I am able to time my visits when the gym is at its quietest to minimise potential contacts. Overall very happy with Jetts and I do recommend it to people when appropriate. Regards, Tony Scott

Positive experience: Its okay. Showers are tiny with no practical facilities like a simple robe hook to hang clothes or towel. Otherwise its alright for the affordable price I guess.

Negative experience: Now Jetts Grey Lynn has to be the worst out of all Jetts branches. The Staff is really disrespectful and not wanting to help out at all. Definitely would not recommend this gym to the next person. Jetts Staff times are always varied so don’t expect to catch the staff on there set times. The wort gym staff in NZ. F45 is currently on top.

Positive experience: It is what it is. A cheap as chips gym. Showers are pretty dirty and parking is very limited if theres more than 5 or 6 people in but theres everything you need to get a good work out. I knew Monday was going to be my last day at the gym so i emailed the week beforehand to cancel my membership effective from the Tuesday . I went monday evening and my key was already disabled so I couldn't go. A bit annoying but thats life
