Fantastic experience: Thanks for having me to train today Ben, the studio is fab. The locals were very friendly and Keila and Tao your trainers offered me heaps of support and were so welcoming. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer to soak up more of the Energy I felt. Cheers.

Positive experience: I’ve been going to F45 in Motueka for two weeks and I like the friendly environment and helpful staff. The workouts have enough variety to keep me interested and it’s not a posy place. I think it’s a good fit for me.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. There is everything you need for a good training. I would recommend this gym for everyone even for the beginners. There are always trainers available to help you and show you how to do the exercises properly. The routine is never the same so you don’t get bored with the same exercises.
