Positive experience: Not satisfied with the quality of this gym and the service they offer. They promote themselves as no “join fee”, but charge $40 of “access fee” for usage of the app! It’s not even the real key that you receive, $40 for an app, that only purpose is to open you a door! They charge you fortnightly, so its already $33 dollars instead of $16 that they’ve advertised, and they charge you every time that the payment is not coming through, even if you haven’t used the facilities, $11 for dishonor fee, that’s 70% of your weekly payment. What an audacity! The application and website are horribly designed, vivid blue text on dark backgrounds which makes it almost impossible to read, especially when you reading all the T’s& C’s. The stuff is nice, but overall experience is bad. The gym basically has nothing to offer, except for equipment and the price is too high for what you get. Also, filled an online form to cancel the membership. Two weeks later none contacted me, although they promised in the automated email, and now they charged me again. It turns out that there is a cancellation policy of 30 days, that you still have to pay.

Fantastic experience: The later morning and this place is mostly empty. There's a good range of equipment and we were able to get just a months pass which really worked well for our schedule

A few members when I arrived at 9pm....best part ....THE SHOWER Would love to see a coffee/juice with option for nutritional , info , and social hub . suggestion: I'd be happy to pay a little extra for this :) kind of like an extention of the gym family

Fantastic experience: Very friendly/knowledgeable staff, spacious gym floor with high quality equipment/weights/machines, platform with bumper plates, additional room for stretching/cycling/classes, open 24/7, this is an awesome gym and I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! Brand new, sparkling, state of the art equipment, family friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff who are great at showing you the ropes! If you want to work out with people of all ages and abilities in a really comfortable environment this is the place to be. My daughter and I both joined and had complimentary programmes done to suit our fitness level and strengths. As a bonus I've lost 2.5kg over the last 3 weeks and it hasn't even been hard work, and I feel great. Come along!
