Fantastic experience: I chose reformer Pilates as after my two pregnancies that left my pelvis unstable and abdominal muscles needing extra support this felt like the right start to my journey. I'm so grateful I did as Fiona is patient and mindful of what my body can (and can't) do right now but challenges me in a supportive way. Her studio is private and calming so it's a wonderful time to focus on myself and my goals. My journey is a strength, mobility and mindfulness path so it's lovely to be doing it with Fiona.
