Fantastic experience: Amazing gym in Rotorua, staff are always super friendly, equipment is always clean and of high standard, gym members are super respectful and because the gym is more quiet than others in Rotorua, you can always get your workout done quickly. The sauna is also a good edition especially for the price. Would highly recommend for everyone :)

Membership pricing is exceptional and grants access to a range of facilities including a sauna, phone app, and group classes. I cannot recommend this Flex Fitness Rotorua enough.

I started my gym/weight loss journey October 2023 and definitely wouldn’t have been able to get the results I now have without the support & encouragement from the flex team xx whole gym and atmosphere is such a vibe…. Steph & Shelley’s Metcon classes are the best to!!

Fantastic experience: Had been meaning to post a review for some time. Was here some time ago. Great outlay and prefer the open gym, kept nice and clean and equipment was top notch. Came in after hours and the bathrooms were nice and clean as I have found with every Flex gym

Negative experience: After signing up a year ago and then moving city to a 5 hour drive away I can't cancel my membership over the phone or email. What kind of circus is this?

Fantastic experience: Friendly and helpful staff. Clean inside. Only 1 bench press.. and everything is in Lbs not KG which is a tad confusing. Need a few heavier Dumbbells. Overall good gym.

Fantastic experience: Really impressed with this gym. Great equipment and gym setup! During a trial workout one of the personal trainer's (PT) stopped to ask if I was going all good and how I was enjoying it. Great to see friendly PT's that are interested in gym goers outside of their own clients! The friendly staff, great equipment, good music and overall great vibe of the gym is why I joined with Flex today!
