Positive experience: Less mills classes, good pressure in showers. Lots of pin loaded machines positioned well in the gym

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Profiles 1.0. After trying another gym for a casual visit (pretty bad experience), I found Profiles 1.0. The staff were super friendly, the equipment was new, and the place was clean. This is the gym I would join if I lived here. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: I use this gym, have done so for the last year, nothing but greatness from this gym, the staff 10 out of 10 in helping you achieve your goals, the price top notch, more then worth every cent, the atmosphere is second to none, friendly and helpful, the classes are A1 for all age groups, sizes and mobility, recommend any of Profiles gyms? Positive experience: Nice and clean,staff were ok, had a private walking test , so I just had to walk through. They didn't let my daughter go into the room, she had to wait in another room.

Positive experience: Profiles in general is legit anything you could expect from a gym just some hygiene re enforcement can't stand using someone else's machine without them cleaning up after themselves

Negative experience: Timetable in entrance of gym out of date and showing the wrong week. Timetable online even more out of date showing old class times. Timetable online shows body balance at 6.30pm Monday, timetable inside gym shows 9.30am. Nobody answers the phone when we call to check the class times. Went to the gym and let the receptionist know that the timetables were out of date and no apology. She didn't seem to know what was going on. Very poor.

Negative experience: Hi, I had a very bad experience dealing with Profiles gym owner (Si). Strongly recommend not to go into this gym- poor customer service, poor dealing and egoistic behaviour. He had poor communication skills, very vocal, loud, disrespectful, rude and abusive way of communicating with a customer. Has deducted four folds money after agreeing to cancel membership of the gym. As gym was not used during COVID-19, but membership charges were deducted for the week we moved into level-2 and in advance. His poor follow up with cancellation request has led me to pay huge cost, particularly when we are in a situation of COVID-19, where our PM urges us to be kind-Kia kaha. Looks like talking is long and actions are short.

Fantastic experience: My partner and I were looking somewhere for a workout while visiting Rotorua and were turned down from numerous gyms due to the earlier closing times on a Saturday. After arriving to Profiles we found they were also closed to members only at the time but when we contacted the owner he happily came down to the gym in person and opened it up for us. Absolute legend and great, friendly service. Incredible facilties also with new equipment. Highly recommended.
