Fantastic experience: Have been going to F45 Rotorua for the last couple of years and absolutely am in love with this gym. Holly has really created such a special atmosphere here which feels like a big family. You can tell the coaches really care as they encourage and follow through to help people achieve their goals. I’m sad to be leaving Rotorua and leaving such an incredible gym behind.

Fantastic experience: Awesome crew of instructors. We were only around for a short time but the team looked after us well! Highly recommend even if you are just passing through town. Cheers guys! We had a blast. Our muscles won't be letting us forget you anytime soon lol
