Negative experience: I received a call from a staff member who was incredibly rude and abrupt right from the start. She accused me of never making any payments, which is simply not true — I had made regular payments and had only missed the last two weeks. As I tried to explain the situation, she continually cut me off and refused to listen. There was no professionalism or courtesy — just a condescending attitude and no interest in hearing my side of the story. I ended up cancelling my membership on the spot. No one should be spoken to like that, especially when trying to resolve an issue calmly. There’s a way to communicate with customers, and this definitely wasn’t it.

Fantastic experience: Lovely Gym, not super busy in a quiet and pleasant area. Very helpful staff and super clean and looked after facilities! Miss using this space to workout already

Fantastic experience: Wicked gym. Not super busy. Has all the essentials and a little extra. Also has a bunch of classes which is awesome. There's a real small-town vibe to this one. Every morning multiple people say hello or give the "nod". Great mix of guys and girls from all age ranges here. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: An amazing gym. Hours are 24/7. Small but has everything you need to get fit, healthy, build muscle, lose weight whatever you want to do it has the facilities to provide for your needs. Staff are super helpful and are happy to help with any questions
