Fantastic experience: Its the best thing you can do. The coachingis great, the programmes are challenging, members are cool and the vibe is awesome!

Fantastic experience: Foundation is not like other gyms, it's so much more! The staff are knowledgeable and welcoming and the small group training provides the perfect balance between Personal Training and a team culture / mentality. They team at Foundation have created a real community, with events and optional challenges that span all members - it's great fun, and everyone supports each other. They offer advice, support and guidance on overall health and wellbeing, stress management, mental health, breathwork as well as what you do on the gym floor, and how you manage your nutrition. While I've always played a lot of sport, I wasn't a gym bunny before joining Foundation, now I wouldn't give it up for anything!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member with Foundation for two years - this is the first time in my life I've consistently gone to a gym for anywhere near this long! The group experience is excellent for accountability, and the ratio of trainers to members (1 to 4) is ideal for individual attention to form and technique. The trainers genuinely care about members' health, including nutrition and stress management, and they're are also really fun to train with. I like that there's the possibility of swapping to a different session if I can't make my regular one. I've never been so strong as I am now, and as a woman in my middle years that's critical for better long term health outcomes.
Fantastic experience: I initially started PT training here with Cara, as she was my PT from another gym a few years back. I disliked the thought of group training and wasn’t keen to move into a group. But once I got to know the other trainers -Nathan, Phil & Max, I felt I had nothing to fear. I’ve been put into a group with like minded individuals and for someone who hated going to the gym, I really enjoy it now. All the PT’s are amazing to work with and only have your best interests at heart. You won’t find another gym with the most genuine, caring and supportive professional PT’s, who ensure you acheive your goals holistically. They are also quite fun for PT’s!

Fantastic experience: I joined Foundation Gym in May and I can honestly say it has changed my life for the better. The team of trainers are amazing and really supportive of fitness goals and help keep you accountable. The small group training classes are fantastic. Having such small classes means that you build a real community with those that you train with and everyone is very encouraging. If you want to train in a supportive environment with a great set of people then join Foundation.

Fantastic experience: Foundation not only provides the fitness side, it comes with overall accountability of your health topped with team spirit. The best thing about it is its a PT session but with a regular team of up to only 7 others. It just makes it all so easy and fun. You know when to show up each week, you don't have to plan your sessions or do one on your own, and you're pushed to your potential to get a quality workout 2-3 times a week, with all the adjustments and tweaks you'd expect from personalized training. Most importantly is the mindset shifts that come from the process and therefore the progress.

Fantastic experience: I was with Foundation for a couple of years and just loved it. Definitely more than a gym. Training with your own group meant that it was as much of a social occasion as work! The trainers are all so personable and really know their stuff - and all so supportive and encouraging. Would highly recommend!

Ellen, Max, Phil and Nate genuinely care about the people who they train and in how they help you achieve your goals. There is no pretence, show ponys or one-up-manship here - only a focus on what you want to achieve and how to achieve it.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Phil and Nathan in a small class setting for a couple of years now and have to say it’s been fantastic for me. The camaraderie of the group keeps you motivated and Nathan and Phil still provide tailored support during the classes. These sessions have conditioned me to continue actively coaching rugby and cricket teams while keeping my mental aptitude sharp as I progress to the gold card membership of old age. It truly is a family feeling.
