Our comment from FitFit New Zealand about West Wave Pool:
West Wave Pool in Auckland offers a variety of aquatic activities and is well regarded for its family-friendly environment. Some of the highlights include:
- Friendly Staff: Users have noted the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, making visits more pleasant.
- Variety of Facilities: The center features multiple pools, including a wave pool, toddler pools, and spa options that cater to different age groups and preferences.
- Cleanliness: Many patrons appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities, particularly the pools and changing areas.
- Affordable Pricing: Entry fees are reasonable, especially for families, as children under certain ages can swim for free.
- Range of Classes: A variety of fitness classes and programs for all ages are available, making it a versatile venue for exercise and fun.
However, some visitors have experienced challenges that could impact their enjoyment:
- Long Waiting Times: It is not uncommon for visitors to face long queues to access the facilities, which can be frustrating, particularly during peak times or school holidays.
- Inconsistent Operation of Facilities: Some amenities like the sauna and wave pool have been reported to be frequently closed or operational inconsistently, leading to disappointment.
- Cleaning and Maintenance Issues: A few users have mentioned that certain areas require more attention in terms of cleanliness and maintenance, which is essential for a positive experience.
- Safety Concerns: There have been concerns about safety for younger children, particularly regarding slippery floors in toddler areas.
Overall, while West Wave Pool presents a fantastic option for family outings and fitness, improvements in operational consistency and maintenance could enhance the customer experience.

West Wave Pool: Opinions
Negative experience: Our experience at West Wave Pool and Leisure Centre was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, the line at the reception was very long, extending all the way to the gate. We also noticed a sign at the entrance stating that the wave pool was closed. This left only the toddler pool, the adult pool and the spa’s available, all of which were already crowded at that time. Even before anything happened, we were already disappointed with the receptionist. At the entrance, I asked if our pass would allow us access to all facilities, including the adult pool. The Lady said yes but then it turned out that we were not allowed, and it was obvious once we entered because our wristbands were different. This meant we couldn’t access some areas that we were expecting to use. After entering, we allowed the child with us to swim in the toddler pool. In less than 20 minutes, all children were suddenly asked to leave the pool. At that time, no clear explanation was given. Later, a staff member informed us that the child with us was being accused of vomiting in the pool—an accusation that was completely untrue, as we were watching our child the entire time. Even the guest next to us, who had their own children in the pool, told us that they did not see our child vomit at all. It later became apparent that this situation arose from a simple disagreement between children, yet the accusation was acted upon without proper verification. After the children was removed from the pool, many guests decided to leave. As a result, the centre became almost empty, with most of the pools already closed. It was very disappointing that the centre continued to allow more guests to enter despite having very limited facilities available. This felt extremely unfair and misleading. Before even spending 30 minutes at the centre, we decided to leave. Because of the poor management of this incident and the humiliation caused by an unverified accusation, we will never return. This experience was unacceptable. DO BETTER!
Positive experience: Had a quick look around .. great facilities!
Negative experience: very slow on New Year day. waited in line with an impatient kid is not a good experience at all. went to albany pool last new year day. totally different experience, fast and effecient
Fantastic experience: A really good mix of pools for different activities, kids had a great time
Negative experience: I was swimming with my daughter in the lane pools this afternoon at 1:45pm, the reason for us to come to the swimming pools in west wave is to practice our swimming skills, not play. We chose one of the “slow speed” lane to swim with another adult who was in the same lane with us, and one of the young lifeguard approached and said:’ You need to go to the wave pool as the lane pool requires a full lap skill.” I replied;” Yes, my daughter she could do full laps in backstroke style. She was doing freestyle as she needed to practice a little in that style.” The lifeguard replied:” Even you wanted to learn freestyle, you need to go to the wave pool, my colleague and I will remove you if you can’t do full lap.” I then replied:” Alright, then we will just swim in backstroke.” How ridiculous! People can’t feel comfortable to learn swim in lane pool, beginners only allowed in wave pool ( wave pool was full wave mode with big crowd). I could not see any notices or warning regarding this, or maybe westwhave could just put "no family swimming or no children in the lane pools sign” to be even more unfair to public?. Then, another adult male came with extremely slow swimming skill and many times of stopping in the lane (my daughter overtook him two laps) and he didn’t get told off by the lifeguard at all. I do feel there is "unfair treat" from the lifeguard and by the invisible rules. I would like to ask for a clear rule clarification and statement from the westwhave pool regarding this issue.
Fantastic experience: Excellent experience with Grandchild this week. Staff (reception, life guards and cleaning staff in changing rooms) professional and super friendly.
Fantastic experience: Yesterday I went down the slide and hurt my ankle. It was not bad just a little sore. Leana lifeguard was really kind and gave her arm to help me walk to a chair. She got me ice pack which helped a lot. Thank you
Fantastic experience: Nice pools, steam and sauna.
Negative experience: Cafe is a rip off. Asked for fresh fries, got told no "cos we made too much have to sell these ones first.". I touched the fries I was served - Luke warm. Asked again for fresh fries - they said youll have to come back when these ones finish selling. If youre paying overpriced hot chips I think as a customer, the least you can be served is FRESH HOT fries. Westwave henderson - have better customer service pls
Fantastic experience: Water walking so go love it
Positive experience: Need more lifeguards so slides and waves can operate
Fantastic experience: Great experience in the gym and spa sauna facilities, Personal trainer noah has provided an amazing workout regime
Positive experience: Re Gym After injuries to my shoulder ,I hit a wall, physio felt like it was dragging and I lost momentum. Thanks to the gym staff and there support I hung in there so to speak. One of the PT,s Noah took particular interest in my situation and has worked with me to over come the injury ,heal and also helped me stay in shape during recover. I also found his advice re: mental support to be firm but fair, honest to the point in way ive understood the why & how. While im known at other gyms and often offered deals ive stayed with west wave gym due to particular staff and there support. Its a shame how slack the suana is though I get more of a sweet going in my car with the windows up. Excuses like people faint thats a them problem. And the loud music blasting from a rubbish speaker above the sp turn it off let us relax plz ! Not a everyone else problem. The evacuation procedure of the steam spa suana area if a person faints is over the top completely unnecessary.
Fantastic experience: Great place to go for a workout and have a recovery session later on. Staff are super friendly particularly Noah from the gym. Amazing source of information and he really looks after each gym member, making them feel comfortable and part of the community.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at West Wave Fitness Centre with Noah, From day one, he has been incredibly supportive and motivating. His knowledge and passion for fitness shine through in every session. Noah has a unique ability to connect with everyone, making workouts enjoyable while pushing us to reach our goals. I’ve seen great progress thanks to his tailored approach and encouraging attitude. If you’re looking for an instructor who truly cares and knows how to get results, I highly recommend Noah! As well the facility is great With access to the pools sauna I’ve really been enjoying my experience here
Fantastic experience: Came back to West wave gym after fifteen years away doing other sports, fortunately for me I met a personal trainer by the name of Noah there who was able to give me some solid direction and guidance. Noah’s vast knowledge and his passion for all things health and fitness has been an integral part of my strength, cardio and mobility development. Very Grateful to all the staff at West wave but most of all my friend Noah! Simon Lane
Negative experience: Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unfair and Unsafe Experience at West Wave Pool I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding two unacceptable incidents that occurred during my family’s visit to West Wave Pool around 12:00 PM today. 1. Unfair Entry and Queue Mismanagement My husband, our two young children (aged 3 and 5), and I waited patiently in line for about 30 minutes with many other families. When it was finally the turn of the family in front of us (two adults and four children), an additional group of people — two men and two children — suddenly joined them, making a total of about ten people entering together. When I raised my concern to the receptionist, she dismissed my complaint with an unclear and unreasonable explanation, insisting that it was “fair.” This was absolutely unfair and inappropriate, especially to the many families and small children who had been waiting properly outside. The combined group later used three separate family changing rooms, clearly showing that they were not one family. Such poor queue management and the receptionist’s dismissive attitude were extremely disappointing and unprofessional. 2. Unsafe and Irresponsible Information from Reception Staff My 5-year-old son wanted to use the waterslide, so I specifically asked the same receptionist if he was allowed. She confirmed that it was fine, and we paid for admission. However, once we reached the slide, the lifeguard stopped my son, stating that he was too short to use it. We were told the amount would be credited back, but the issue is not the refund—it is the serious lack of accurate and safe information. If the lifeguard had not intervened, my child could have been injured. This kind of misinformation from a receptionist is completely unacceptable and potentially dangerous. Overall, this experience left my family deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the fairness, safety, and professionalism at West Wave Pool. I urge management to take this matter seriously, review staff training and procedures, and ensure that such irresponsible behavior and mismanagement do not happen again.
Positive experience: Great clean well managed swim experience.
Fantastic experience: Always clean
Negative experience: Frustrated family. A massive line, went to the front to check what was open, as we made special trip for slide and lazy river only to wait 60mins+ to get to the desk to be told the slide was closed, and once inside also found the lazy river was also closed. It was very misleading as sign said open and to get the excuse from the front desk that they never had time to change the sign is just poor customer service, especially when your staff were sitting behind the desk for 15mins in essentially down time waiting for the “head count to go down”.
Fantastic experience: Nice place to hang out with your family and also get trained with special classes.
Fantastic experience: Great personal trainers there who made me a health goal work out plan to fit my needs. Very busy early hours and evenings especially on the weekends though as its a popular spot. But I'd definitely recommend booking a session with one of their PTs, they can address specific health needs for those with injuries, disabilities and chronic illness and make a realistic workout plan tailored to the individuals goals and capabilities. And it is far cheaper than any other GYMs
Fantastic experience: Big ups to PT Noah , very welcoming and very knowledgeable towards training bodybuilding!
Fantastic experience: I go during the day I find it excellent as it's not over crowded
Negative experience: Turned up at 10am on a Sunday. Couldn't get in due to capacity issues, but couldn't see many people in there. Must have had staff issues, as it didn't look crowded. I imagine it was to do with lifeguard / swimmers ratios, which I get, but still very disappointing..
Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere, friendly staff, clean and tidy, value for money for a da, out with family
Negative experience: Been waiting for 2 hours and didn’t get to go in but those people who are not waiting in line get to go in but the kids are okay.
Negative experience: They should work on the Que better. Been waiting for 1 hour and half and the man in front had 3 family joining him and we end up not going in, horrible situation.
Negative experience: Worst experience waiting more than 30 mins n staff was soo rude nearly waited for 1hr n they said waves closed never recommended
Negative experience: This rating is for the sauna. The pools are great, I use them for lane swimming. The sauna is big, bright with the glass doors since they did a major upgrade a while ago. But the sauna temperature is too low - 64-65°C. It takes 45-60 minutes to have a good effect. Everyone else I hear says the same thing.
Negative experience: The ticket sales management at the entrance is terrible! Three people sat at the counter and sold tickets for 10 people every 15 minutes. Aside from an announcement every 15 minutes saying 10 people would be allowed in, there was no other management notification. Tired guests waited in line for 30mins just hoping to relax in hot pool, thinking they were allowed in with the group of 10, but you allowed one person to queue while their entire family waited in the cafe. Then, guests were forced to wait even longer, not knowing when you would reopen the ticket sales, while your pool was scheduled to close in half an hour. If you agree to allow one person to queue for a family, you should assign someone to count and clearly inform the guests in line which number they were in. This unmanaged, luck-based queue is a complete waste of people's time, especially if you close early
Negative experience: Every day new teacher….how they knew about the kid’s performance. Unethical and rude behaviour from staff. Manager don’t behave like a manager. Not recommended.
Fantastic experience: This is the best wave pool around West. Have options to Suna bath, hot pools and much more .Also great swimming classes for kids and adults
Positive experience: Last time I was here was 6 years ago. Wave pool was closed due to an incident. I growled so many kids in the toddler pool because they were jumping off the side into the pool and got water in my granddaughters eyes. The lifeguards didn't do anything, so I told the little shits to get out of the pool. They were way too big to be in the toddler pool in the first place. Once the wave pool was open, waves don't activate till 4pm. We got there at 9.30am and left at 2pm. Disappointed that the waves only come on from 4pm. Is it a health and safety issue? 4 October 2025 I've been coming here for a while now. The morning staff are fabulous. Pools, toilets and changing rooms are clean and tidy. Prefer going early morning, it's not as busy and I usually get one side of the wave pool to myself. Spa's are reasonably clean too.
Positive experience: To the leisure centre, as much as I love this one. Especially my go to is for the sauna steam and spa, I am usually disappointed by the long lines for the swimming pools. A lots of kids and swimming zones are included in the headcount however its unfair as there are no kids in the adult spa. Similarly for kids waiting the headcount going down from the spa sauna steam will not help in the pools at all. High time to adopt a newer system for this as we all definitely love the facility and the staff here. Cheers! (…meanwhile waiting in queue)
Fantastic experience: Gym and swim. I was converted on the first visit!!!
Positive experience: A good pool and aquatic complex. The sauna could be hotter
Negative experience: Overall not bad... however short staffing causes long Waiting times to enter. If your not there opening hrs, get ready to wait... unless the staffing issues get fixed
Negative experience: Kids love it when the hydro slide and waves are on. Unfortunately, the past 2 times we've been in the school holidays they've had staff shortages and both have been inoperable. We've also had to wait for an hour or more for entry. They seriously need to train more lifeguards. There are extra cafe and front desk staff just sitting around, which adds to customer's frustration. Train more lifeguards! There are so many local teenagers and students needing jobs, they could recruit more on a temporary basis.
Fantastic experience: Affordable and biggest leisure center in west auckand
Fantastic experience: Awesome staff and facilities
Positive experience: It’s ok for bigger kids, however the main big pool is SO cold. Too cold for my 5 & 3yr olds unfortunately. We like the family spa pool! Watch out though as I had my towel poncho stolen recently :( such a shame we can’t trust to leave our things anymore. On a separate occasion we also had a really rude lady at the front desk who denied us entry after we had waited in line, we got to the desk & had been given wrist bands but because I had to run back to my car to get my purse (leaving my family there for 2 mins at the desk!) and she had let a whole bunch of people in while I was gone we then had to wait another 30 mins, then she wouldn’t speak to me and ignored me when I was asking why she didn’t wait 2 mins when we were half way through getting in!
Fantastic experience: Such a great family venue. Has numerous pool areas as well as a gym, courts etc. Love that it feels like a community centre . Great staff that are always helpful .
Negative experience: Always something happening either maintenance or a event
Negative experience: Always understaffed
Fantastic experience: Best recreation center.
Negative experience: Rude staff, waited over an hour, wait time also keeped getting added to even with floods of people leaving, Then get told toddler pool was closing at 8 when your website says it shuts at 9. Main pool was shut. Very disappointed. 4 of your staff members sat in the office stuffing their faces with left over chips from the café. Nasty rude person on the front desk.
Fantastic experience: Friendly and also free for special needs my youngest is autistic I don’t have to pay when accompanying him and if there’s a line you go straight to the front instead of waiting can you imagine waiting in line with a kid with special needs Awesome pools kind staff
Fantastic experience: The adult spa pool here is impressively spacious, and both the spa water temperature and the sauna/steam room temperatures are just perfect. The staff are always friendly, attentive, and responsible. The swimming pool and men’s changing area are also very large and comfortable. My family and I come here at least three times a week, and we always have a great experience.
Negative experience: Very big pool, but sometimes when we used is Dirty and hairy. I don't like
Fantastic experience: Such a great place to go it has all the facilities that you need very easy to find I've been visiting this place for over 20 years I mainly go here now to use the sauna facilities but it is excellent teaching facilities for martial arts namely Ace taekwondo master Ivan Kim is such a good teacher and I give him credit for moulding my children into the excellent adults that they are
Fantastic experience: Love this pool and gym. Has everything in one place what more u want :)
Fantastic experience: 넓고 슬라이드도 엄청 길어요 다이빙도 하고 패밀리스파도 있어서 좋아요
Negative experience: The spa is disgusting when its off u can see the dirt on the surface and they never clean during usage hours so the steam room is dirty and full of hair and èven when you complaining no one cares
Positive experience: It's ok, my onc con is the shower's should be updated the pressure is weak and they shouldnt stop and stsrt every 5 secs it's hard to have a proper shower when it does that and they go cold all of a sudden then back to hot. Not the nicest looking either. Quite shabby. Up grade would do wonders..
Fantastic experience: I went with my Friends i enjoyed the Wave Pool but sadly the waves were not going i was looking forward to the Waves in the wave pool but hopefully another time the Hydroslide was fun as it goes into the Lazy River its a good combination Spas are nice and relaxing i enjoyed swimming in the deep end at the Wave pool it was amazing i will defintely go back again sometime
Negative experience: I went 3 times the last week, all of those visits there was a waiting time of 30min to 1 hour just to get in. Apparently there aren't enough life guards, so they make people wait indefinitely time outside, till people from inside leave. Quite disappointing and time consuming.
Negative experience: Horrible service .. ...this reach capacity needs to address...waited for 45min till can get in ...very horrible way they have system works
Negative experience: Painful as the main swimming pool has more that half reserved all of the time. Sometime end up with 20 people in 2 or 3 public lanes.
Positive experience: Pretty mid place to have competitions at but the cafe outside is pretty nice.
Fantastic experience: Everything about this facility is great, gyms, pools, spas, saunas, and great group fitness. The staff and trainer consultants are very friendly and professional. My favourite part is gym where I am getting step by step to my goal by professional programme from the best personal trainer, Noah.
Positive experience: This is my go-to pool. Since it’s the closest, this is where I go every time I need to refresh myself or remember how flying feels like. The only thing that annoys me is when someone leaves a poo in the pool and forgets to pick it up and by that I just mean CODE BROWN. It closes the whole big pool which leaves me to splash around in the toddlers area. Also maybe it’s just my luck but it feels like a lot of times I go here there has been max capacity, lifeguard training, spontaneous pool cleaning or something that has stopped me from swimming in the pool. I wish they would stop these things so that the public (me) can count on the pool being open and being the bearer of fun times.
Fantastic experience: I like the Chinese front desk lady with glasses very much. Her attitude is kind and patient. She has a smile and service. She must get full marks. Compared with another thin attitude, she is very cold and unfriendly to people!
Fantastic experience: Grwat facility. Nice and clean. Enjoyed my swim workout
Fantastic experience: A big shout out to Noah! He’s been a fantastic trainer creating a great routine that’s the right amount of challenging without being overwhelming. I also appreciate that he takes a holistic approach making sure the right stretches are also included to better improve your workouts and overall physical health. Definitely reach out to Noah if you’re looking for a new trainer!
Fantastic experience: 非常喜欢
Fantastic experience: Really enjoy going to the gym here, I’ve been training with Noah and he’s an absolutely fantastic guy, he’s so friendly and the exercises he gives are super effective. If you want a good trainer definitely go with him!
Fantastic experience: Cool place
Fantastic experience: ☝
Negative experience: I encountered today regarding inconsistent and unjustified charges at your facility. For some time, I have been accompanying my son to practice basketball, during which I have never been charged for simply retrieving rebounds, as I am not actively participating. The standard fee for children is $4.50, and previous staff members have consistently upheld this policy without issue. However, today, an employee by the name of Beenish Rizwan insisted on charging me $6.50 for being on the court, despite my repeated clarification that I was only assisting my son by collecting rebounds and not engaging in any gameplay. Her tone was unnecessarily confrontational and unhelpful, which escalated the situation rather than resolving it. When I referenced the fact that other staff members had never imposed such a charge, she dismissively stated that they were "all wrong," a response I found both unprofessional and shocking. I said I am just picking up rebounds, her response was why can’t my son do it. What kind response is that. Only after requesting her name did she offer an alternative—charging me a $1 spectator fee—which further demonstrates the inconsistency in enforcement. Her attitude was discourteous and reflected a lack of basic customer service skills, creating a needlessly negative experience. I expect fair and consistent application of facility policies, as well as respectful and professional interactions with staff. I would appreciate an explanation for this discrepancy in billing practices and clarification on the official policy regarding non-participating adults on the court. Additionally, I believe this employee should receive further training in customer service to prevent similar incidents in the future.
Positive experience: I like the swimming and the events that occurs occasionally. But the "reaching capacity" is kind of crap. What do you mean its at full capacity when i see few people inside there swimming. Would recommend but please fix the capacity issue.
Negative experience: As a regular diver at Westwave, i am extremely disappointed with the way our community has been treated during recent renovations. Not only have we had to cancel young athletes classes but our diving sessions have been cut short to only one hour a day. This does not provide us with enough pool time to accomodate our needs as athletes and impacts our progress and performance. As well as this, the pool temperature is too cold and we have had to resort to bringing hot water-bottles in order to keep us warm during training. This is overall an unenjoyable experience and makes us feel unheard as competitive athletes.
Negative experience: Pool-bad Spa- bad Sauna - very bad
Negative experience: As a diver with upcoming competitions, I’m incredibly frustrated with how this facility is being managed. The diving pool is freezing, which is both uncomfortable and unsafe for serious training. On top of that, the council has limited our access to just one hour after school, which is nowhere near enough for a proper training session—especially when we have up to 30 divers needing to use it. Meanwhile, the pool is being prioritized for casual public lap swimming, even though there are often only 1 to 4 people using it at a time. This is a complete waste of a facility that could be actively supporting a large group of dedicated athletes. The scheduling makes no sense, and it feels like the needs of divers have been completely ignored. We need better access, warmer water and heaters around the pool, and a council that actually supports local sports development. Hugely disappointing.
Negative experience: A lot of the pools area was closed for renovations. Signage for the exits was unclear in the changing rooms, especially for an out of town visitor, good thing there were no emergencies.
Fantastic experience: My daughter enjoys diving here and I am loving the fitness classes and the instructor I have is great. The kids pool are lovely two
Fantastic experience: I loooove it
Positive experience: 45 minute wait to get in. Kids enjoyed even though a lot was closed.
Fantastic experience: Westwave is a typical council facility in that sometimes it takes a while to get things fixed but what sets it apart are the staff. They are awesome. I use the gym 3x a week and leading the charge is the gym instructor Noah. He works out a programme, monitors progress and is always there to give you tips and advice & he's fun too. So if you are looking for a gym give west wave a go and have a chat with Noah.
Fantastic experience: Noah is very knowledgeable, and has helped me with motivation. He gave me a programme that helped me lose weight and gain strength.
Negative experience: It takes a long time to wait in line.
Positive experience: Staff too slow. Always a line trying to get in.
Positive experience: So it's a really good pool but I find bloody plasters peices of hair and once I found a gross hair ball stuck on the side of the pool either way it's a really good pool and my kids love it
Fantastic experience: My family is enrolled to West Wave since we moved to West Auckland. We love the Gym and the Pools. The Gym personal are really kind and skilled. The training that the Trainer Noah gave both my daughter an myself is amazingly effective. Even my shoulder that has been sore for thenlast 3 years improved 100%. The only drawback is that some of the receptionists are rude and unfriendly. While others smile and try to help, some of them are always with bad attitudes. But, overall, the place is beautiful, useful and nice. Thanks!
Fantastic experience: Awesome place. Exactly as I remember as a kid
Positive experience: I've been going their for a few years , it's okay some things could do with maintenance, my only grip with them is the Cafe sells fatty foods and coffee and sugar drinks but does not sell any protein foods or drinks which I find a bit silly as it's a gym not a coffee hang out . So please sell healthy options.
Fantastic experience: Thank you to Catherine Smith for your exceptional customer service, infectious smile, and bubbly personality. You are a ray of sunshine at the front counter. I appreciate you I love the morning Aqua Aerobics classes in the wave pool that Megan facilitates while Augustine shadows. Great energy, positivity, and feel-good vibes are brilliant. I love that we can sing along to the music and make new friends during the class. The camaraderie is uplifting and encouraging
Negative experience: Disgusting rude staff, we waited at the entrance for an hour, we were not allowed inside, they said that there were no lifeguard personnel in the pool. Why should this be our problem? We've wasted a lot of our time. I don't recommend it to anyone. While the whole country is under stress, people can't find jobs, there are very rude girls working in this pool, completely indifferent to their duties, I think they should be fired. They don't pay any attention to visitors at all.
Fantastic experience: Very helpful staff
Positive experience: Great spa pools and Sauna for adults.
Positive experience: Just went for a shower. $2.10. But was a good facility. Unlimited time and hot water. No lock on door.
Negative experience: Turn up at 9 to a full capicity pool with like six people swimming. Honestly get it together get more lifeguards in duty
Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience
Positive experience: Very disappointed as we arrived at the counter told us to wait for 20 mins before that there was no sign . Sad thing is I have toddler and 7months baby with me . But people can go in if there number these no capacity issues there .
Fantastic experience: The wave pool is fun and the water slide was amazing
Negative experience: Lifeguards did nothing when kids were in a fight. 2 parents from different families have to step up and break up the fight.
Negative experience: Pathetic experience. People do not even respond to emails for months. They auto-debit from your card even when there are no sessions booked. Even the membership cancellation is very painful.
Negative experience: Same thing waited 35minutes for nothing well hundreds of people were coming out asked for a time frame no answer that’s shocking for council owned entity sort it out coz I won’t be back
Negative experience: Very Rude staff working in this pool they are very inrespect people
