Negative experience: Just rang fitness centre to enquire about exercise plans for 60yr old..phone got answered by an irrate male that grumpily said hello, I , taken back, asked "is this the fitness centre , Mr grumpy just slammed down the phone...great customer service NOT

Positive experience: Great gym very well kitted out. I enjoy visiting everytime im in town. But it's getting expensive just for a casual training session.

Negative experience: Pretty disappointed in the $208 per year money grab for the key fob. I have been a gym goer and professional athlete for 30 yrs and need nothing extra. Just the gym and access to it. Like most people I work 9-5 and train before or after work. For that I am expected to pay an extra 208$ pa. I can fully understand charging a few bucks to cover the cost of the fob but to pay that much more every year makes for a very expensive key tag. Very poor

You definitely should atleast try going there, they have a free first time trial, so you can see if you like it or not. Overall great place

Fantastic experience: Excellent, knowledgeable staff and customer service which is unmatched by some of the larger players out there. They offer a very comprehensive set of classes and their equipment is both approachable for newcomers, yet old-school and hardened for veteran gym-goers.
