Fantastic experience: Keep Fit Matakana has a been a game changer for rehabilitation and re--firing overall body strength after an accident. Staff are friendly and helpful and through Keep Fit I have been introduced to an awesome personal trainer!

The staff are super friendly, and ready to help with anything you need. It’s a perfect place to stay motivated and reach your fitness goals. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Fantastic experience: Started going to Keep Fit Matakana 3.5 months ago and have been loving it. Everything is nice and clean, it’s fairly small, but you‘ve still got everything you need and I feel it‘s just a bit more personal because of that as well. I also think the membership is a pretty good deal, especially considering you can do up to 5 classes a week, which are all included. Also highly recommend both Raymond‘s and Candice‘s classes, it‘s always a great workout, for all ages and fitness levels. They‘re also very good personal trainers who you can book private sessions with. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Keep Fit is a great gym! They a wide range of equipment and it is all maintained and clean to very high standard. The owner is super passionate about gyming and sports and his staff reflect the love he has for these things aswell, creating a great culture at the gym. 10/10 I would highly recommend Keep-Fit Matakana to anyone looking for a new gym!

Fantastic experience: We are often up in Omaha for a get away from Auckland, but we come home early because there's no gym access. Until we found Keep fit Matakana. Not only is there a 10 pass for $90 (valid for a year) but there is an amazing range of equipment for strength work and functional training, it's 24 hour accessible and the staff (we only met Justin) are super helpful, supportive and kind. I can not speak higher of this place. We only used 2 of our 10 passes, but we have a whole other 51 weeks to use the rest of them. Such a win for the area! Nga mihi team, really appreciate the time and effort you've put into your fantastic space.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Great prices and no contracts. Super clean and all new equipment. Never crazy busy.

Fantastic experience: I did the school drop off Bootcamp at snells beach a few times while visiting family who live locally for a month. A fun group to work out with and motivate each other and a great workout to keep me fit while away from my normal gym routine. I’ll come back when I’m back in the area.
