Central Fitness Temuka

Fantastic experience: absolutely rate this gym! everyone seems super lovely. i’m not good with people so don’t really interact much other than the odd wave. I have noticed that this gym has a really good community vibe for those who are looking for something like that, if you’re thinking about joining, do it!

Fantastic experience: Joined gym before total knee replacement 12 months ago - Shane was awesome and made up a gym program pre and post surgery suitable for me. Just had sign-off from surgeon today who was impressed with knee mobility - would highly recommend Shane to anyone contemplating Knee surgery.
