Fantastic experience: absolutely rate this gym! everyone seems super lovely. i’m not good with people so don’t really interact much other than the odd wave. I have noticed that this gym has a really good community vibe for those who are looking for something like that, if you’re thinking about joining, do it!

Fantastic experience: Joined gym before total knee replacement 12 months ago - Shane was awesome and made up a gym program pre and post surgery suitable for me. Just had sign-off from surgeon today who was impressed with knee mobility - would highly recommend Shane to anyone contemplating Knee surgery.

Fantastic experience: Punches WAY above its weight for a small town gym. Fantastic equipment and service, especially for the price. Beats most I’ve been to in the cities!

Fantastic experience: First session done and dusted. I'm left pretty shaky after the body fit class. Host is helpful and energetic. I felt comfortable to walk in and get into it. Cheers team

Fantastic experience: I wanted to keep up some rehab on my foot injury while on holiday. Very lucky to find Shane. I have made significant improvement in my strength and technique in just 5 sessions. Highly recommend.
