Fantastic experience: My husband Jason and I enjoyed taking the EMS classes as its personalised to our needs and the coaches are all amazing! They listen and adjust your sessions accordingly. its similar to a strength/resistance training and cardio class all in one. We dont have time to spend hours at the gym so the quick 20mins sessions which translated to a few hours at the gym really helped to shorten the time to get fit! Best part is every session has somewhat different exercises which add to the variation which we enjoyed AND we also got a couple/buddy deal!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking classes at Body20 and using EMS training sessions for over a year and a half, and I’ve really enjoyed the experience. The workouts are only about 20 minutes long, but they effectively target most of my muscles in that time. I feel myself getting stronger and can see noticeable changes in my body shape — I’m much more toned now. I’ve also referred a few of my friends to the EMS training sessions, and they love it—they now attend the classes regularly. The instructors are very professional, always patient, and attentive to my needs. I’m really happy with my lower body strength and muscle tone, and I’m excited to continue working towards getting abs in the future!

Fantastic experience: My Body20 Journey EMS- Electro Muscular Stimulation.... google Body20 and read about it. I can write my journey and experience, but you need to try yourself . I joined Body20 back in April, just as I was restarting my Keto Journey again. I came across Body20 online, decided to give it a go with a trial session, and from that moment, I knew it was for me. I haven’t regretted my decision once. I’ve only ever missed one class (due to a self‑inflicted injury, lol), because I truly don’t like missing my sessions. I love that each class has a trainer, and with only up to three of us at a time, I always feel safe and supported. I also do not like to waste the trainers time , so ensure I attend at least two sessions a week. I try not to cancel or change my sessions too much. I asked alot of questions before i went to the trial session, due to my age, my weight and being unfit. When I started, I was 102.2kg, and now I’m down to 98.5kg! I know without Body20, I wouldn’t be here. This is my third time doing Keto, but in the past, I didn’t combine it with exercise — and what a difference it makes now! I brag about Body20 to my workmates and whānau on Facebook all the time, even though it’s hard to fully describe what it’s like. I do a scan (on EVOLT scanner) each time I go and love reading my BWI results. I’m learning more about what all the measurements mean and seeing real changes in the circumference of my tummy and other areas. I’ve cut out takeaways, except for the occasional cheat meal of Katsu chicken with salad. I’m giving my all to my sessions and my nutrition because I don’t want to waste my trainer’s time — or mine. At my age, I appreciate the awhi(help) and guidance of the trainers who are helping me achieve my goals. One of the unexpected benefits has been my posture. I used to have pain in the middle of my back from slouching it was annoying, but thanks to Body20, that pain is gone. Joining Body20 has been one of the best choices I’ve made for my health and wellbeing. Give it a go. There are members of all ages, sizes its great, and great trainers. They read your scan results and chat with you about your goals. Its just a whole and new different way for me to get exercise in . Gotta put the work in and the healthy eating along with it. I'm only saying that as, I do that. Not like before, my was eating good, lost weight slowwwlyy but no exercise. Okay I need to stop as I'll end up writing a book. Thanks, Wazim.... my main trainer, love your honesty dude and encouragement every session. It does get hard, just like any other type of exercise but its in the space of 20mins. Just love it. Fantastic experience: I came across EMS a few years ago and always wanted to try… but never really jump into it. This year it was on my to-do list and I wish I had started before. The place is great, equipment are clean easy to find and even find a free parking everytime I had a session. Top of the 5 star is the personal trainer Wazim. He is sharp… motivates me and push always harder. Will 100%recommend

Fantastic experience: Weekly sessions for the last 3 months at Body20 have helped me feel stronger and toned. The 20 minute sessions are a challenge that leave me feeling revitalized. Fantastic experience: I started a few months ago at 57 having NEVER stepped foot in gym. I wanted to gain some muscle and balance as insurance against aging and keeping my independence. I go twice a week and have already gotten one biological year younger. Wazim is the king - he has really focused on getting my strength up and pushes me to go farther everytime! 100% reccomend Body20 for anyone wanting to build strength and improve their fitness!

Fantastic experience: Both Bernadine and Wazim are very good trainers who listen and adjust training accordingly to what I need.I have never been to gym and this strength training has been a great way to get me into it without taking a lot of time out my week in a gym in a comfortable setting.Definitely feeling a lot better and are noticing more strength and conditioning the more I attend each session every week.

Positive experience: I was a bit skeptical when I started EMS sessions after going to the gym regularly. I noticed a difference in my squash games within two weeks, no aches after games and less tired during my games. I have also noticed changes in my body shape already after 6 weeks in. I would recommend if you are wanting to challenge yourself in a different way

Fantastic experience: I went into EMS training very skeptical but it has hands down, best choice in my training journey. The trainers Bernadine and Wazim, are incredible and make you feel comfortable and motivated throughout. I was struggling to workout in the gym and at home due to injury and the pain completely demotivating me, but the sessions can be are suited to your ability and accommodating to any pain. I have notably seen areas of focus tone up and lost 5 kg in 3 months.
Fantastic experience: Offers the best workouts. I started seeing changes immediately! The weekly body scans are fabulous. They are so useful in tracking the changes at a deeper level. The trainers get you to go HARD and to challenge your limits. I can't recommend the whole experience enough!! Give them a try, you won't regret it!!
Fantastic experience: What a difference six months of a weekly Body20 session can make! To my embarrassment I couldn’t even get up off the floor with out help the first couple of weeks and doing any form of lunge’s etc required me to hold on to a pole because my balance was not good at all. With lots of encouragement and guidance from Wazim and Bernadine I have gained the strength to do these simple tasks and more! I’m feeling a lot fitter, healthier, more supple and have a lot more energy The bonus is fitting into a smaller clothing size! I gladly recommend Body20, it’s worth it in so many ways!
Fantastic experience: I joined in Feb 2023 doing 2 x 20min sessions per week and seen some great results. Lost a total of 8kgs over 5 months and still going. It is great fun and the trainers - Bernadine & Wazim are fantastic. Highly recommended to anyone considering to give this EMS training a go.
Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Body20 Wellington. My entire pregnancy I was waiting to go back to work out and started six weeks after having a baby. Bernadine and Wazim were extremely patient and explained everything. The trainings are in a beautiful studio overlooking Wellington's waterfront with fun music to pass easily those intense 20 minutes. Bernadine and Wazim are so talented. Allways extending the limits I thought I can reach in order for me to see results. Perfect exercise ecpacialy if you are stressed with time with two kids under three.
Fantastic experience: In my opinion Body 20 is wonderful for women recovering from child bearing and anyone with old injuries. Through the strengthening classes I have gained back so much strength in my weak shoulders, connected with my abs again and my knees have never been this strong and pain free, in my life. I also enjoyed Cardio once a week, which pushed me to my limit in a very safe way for my body. At each session you have an accurate scan to show data such as how many calories your body actually needs, and how much fat you are carrying inside your body. It's extremely beneficial. (A side benefit: it takes away cellulite) Bernadine and Wazim are the kindest and most supportive coaches. It's a cost I'm willing to spend to improve my general well being.

Not only is Bernadine’s one-on-one training inventive and tailored, it has the added bonus of continuing to really challenge you through the EMS. Fantastic experience: Feeling absolutely amazing after starting with Body20… Short but intense workouts, is what I love. If you are someone that doesn’t have a lot of time but still loves a workout challenge this is for you!! Bernadine creates the best workout routines to suite each individuals fitness level, regardless if you are new to fitness or wanting that extra push in your normal gym routine.
