Fantastic experience: We did a drop in class with the Awa Nui whanau and had an awesome time. The team are welcoming, encouraging and even taught this old dog some new tricks. If you’re passing through and need your fitness fix or just after some whanauntanga with some fitness then this is the best spot around.
