Fantastic experience: Been going here a long time now. Always great classes and good vibes.

Negative experience: Nice studio, reformers are a bit sloppy. Trainers don't monitor individuals and seem less professional than I expected having attended other studios. I would not recommend for anyone with injuries or not young and fit. You are on your own in the class.

Negative experience: I have never been treated with more disrespect than I have been by the owner Kelly. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would give 0 stars if I could. We had booked a private class for a hens do. We paid an extra fee to have the class booked privately, but when we arrived a normal class was about to start and our booking was not in the system. They offered either a refund or to reschedule the class. I thought that if they were running a business in good faith, we should get a refund and a rescheduled class or perhaps some vouchers for each of the girls to make up for the mistake. Kelly refused and asked me if I expected her to put the business in a deficit. They never said sorry and had no consideration that this was a hens do and people had flown into Auckland to attend. I was told “no one flew up to do Pilates” and that “the vibes would still be soaring high”. This is not a business that I want to support and was disgusted with the way we were all treated.

Negative experience: I initially enjoyed my experience at this studio, having attended classes for two months. BUT, a recent incident left me disappointed. After finishing my session, I realised I was locked in the studio. I tried unlocking the door multiple times with no success and called the listed google number three times, but it went straight to voicemail. Eventually, I had to contact the BHIVE reception to get help, and they managed to let me out. The receptionist from BHive mentioned this wasn’t the first time it happened and suggested I raise it with Reform Takapuna. When I emailed Reform Takapuna to explain the situation and how distressing it was for me, I received an incredibly unprofessional response. Instead of showing any concern, they dismissed my experience, saying I was ‘dramatising’ (their words) the situation and that the door was just ‘sticky.’ The response was rude and lacked any understanding or care for customers. It’s truly disappointing to see such a lack of respect and customer service, especially after genuinely enjoying the classes. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values care and safety. They do not care about you. You are just money to them.

Fantastic experience: Incredible experience at Reform! I went for my first class on Wednesday (bought 6 classes for $60. Amazing value!). The beginner class was wonderful - challenging, but great full body workout. The instructor, Robyn was really helpful and supportive. Can't wait to go again on Friday! Would just say that parking around the studio is tricky, so get there with at least 10 mins to spare.
