If you want to learn to run, kayak improvement! Bike training and altitude training.. Got to be Christchurch best-kept secret! They took a full minute off my km pace! Fantastic experience: GC Incubator team trains here twice a week. High altitude training program works really well for the squad. Sessions can be tailor made for any goals. Free weight section is also well equipped. The facility homes Pilates and yoga classes as well. Phisio and massage services are also available. The place is amazing!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended if contemplating travel in a high altitude location. My wife and I were surprised at how, in just a few sessions, our fitness improved, resting pulse rate dropped, and also believe it has helped contribute to some weightloss. Very helpful staff, and about the only gym I have found that I enjoy attending.
