Fantastic experience: Health Quarters is a great gym to be part of. You be become part of the community and have support not just from the Personal Trainers but everyone around you. Diego and Sebastian are great in listening and supporting you through the classes.

Fantastic experience: On a recent visit to Tauranga I stumbled across Healthquarters and did a much needed strength workout with Sebastian. I was impressed with the friendly welcome and the focus on technique. The perfect blend of encouragement to 'go the extra mile' with care to avoid injuries. I'd love a gym like this in my neighbourhood.

Fantastic experience: I started training at Health Quarters after a very long period of inactivity. I was really impressed with how they managed my progress from my starting point - helping me progress and become stronger and fitter without injury. They are really knowledgeable and professional and I have no hesitation in recommending them. I love the classes, which are almost like personal training classes as they are small enough so that the trainers keep an eye on everyone's technique and give feedback, correction and encouragement as needed.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to health quarters since March 2019. I workout 3 x a week with my awesome trainer and I have managed to loose 10kg. I highly recommend anyone wanting to get fit and healthy in 2020 to try healthquarters. They have transformed my life!

Fantastic experience: Give up your reasons! Anatomical circumstances are no barrier at Diego HQ. They are a fabulous team. You too can enjoy the 'pain' and (verbal) abuse that we enjoy 3 or 4 times a week, or more! It's unique and the results can be awesome. I should know, I'm in my best shape in 8 years.

Fantastic experience: "How many years ago did it all start up at The Domain with a few mats, a few of us and some great routines? Well it must be 7-8 years and over that time I have been hooked on this style of exercise, and all round approach to staying active, well and motivated. If it was just doing 20 push-ups, 20 burpees and a run I’d be bored. But this mix of exercise is different every session, HQ approach to health, our chats, the program you worked out for me, have all have helped me stay young. I’m told by the stats that my body age is 6 years younger than my actual age so it’s working. Over the course of 3 sessions a week I think every muscle in my body gets worked over. Diego has assembled a great group of people around his his easy-going, humorous and tough-love style - results guaranteed! With the addition of Vitality Organics a post-workout smoothie or Maca Moca with 'shrooms is a must.
