Negative experience: Hi, I wanted to share my experience at Manurewa Flex Fitness. When I went in to sign up, I brought my two brothers for support due to my anxiety about joining a gym for the first time. However, as soon as we walked in, the staff seemed to focus on my brothers, almost like they were expecting trouble. I had a lot of questions, but the staff barely made eye contact with me, which made me feel overlooked. When we asked for a tour, the staff continued to glance at my brothers suspiciously. After we left, I could hear them laughing, which made me feel like they were judging us and being quite rude. Given my existing anxiety, this experience didn't sit well with me.

Positive experience: Good and welcoming gym. Relatively quiet during peak times so you don't have to wait too long for machines. Downside would be lack of changing area if you are coming before or after work.

Fantastic experience: I decided to change from a cheapest priced gym to a premium gym and there is a day and night difference in atmosphere, quality of excercise machines and bathrooms. Compared to the last gym, this feels like a 5 star gym. I love how memeber can change gym music with kiosk aswell and this place never get crowded. I really recommended this 24 hour gym for those who would love to invest their money in quality rather then quantity, you can feel as your muscle will reponse to these machines better to. This is the nearest gym for me aswell living in Manurewa and parking always feels safe at the back with those bright lights during early morning workout sessions and late nights. I pulled the pin and I am very happy with the decision of changing gyms

Fantastic experience: Have been part of the Rewa Flex Gym since day 1. What's not to like about our little dungeon(it's what i call it) Love the community feel in our gym, it is family like!! Members are so nice and respectful. Big ups to the team who are all so nice. Not only are they willing to help us in anyway they can but also engages in conversations, getting to know their members, which I think is pretty cool. I also Love that I can come into a space where it is always clean and smelling fresh. So thank you for keeping our gym top notch

Positive experience: I’m from out of town and Flex Fitness Manurewa has all the equipment that is needed for my workouts. Upstairs has a room where you can do your own HITT or core workout, mobility stretch, and has some cardio equipment if you don’t want to go downstairs and want to be discreet and do it upstairs without anyone looking at you. You can also practice your composition/posing for your body building competition. Bathrooms has a sauna which is really good for recovery. Just wish there were more bathrooms down stairs. Over all an awesome gym to go to.
