Fantastic experience: I’ve had a really solid experience at Flex Fitness Manurewa. The gym is well-equipped with a great range of machines and free weights, so it never feels limiting no matter what kind of workout you’re doing. It’s always clean and well maintained, which makes a big difference. The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating, not intimidating, and the staff are friendly and helpful without being overbearing. It’s also open 24/7, which is perfect if you have a busy or unpredictable schedule.

Negative experience: I have been a member here for a long time, I love the gym and the equipment, I feel like I am at home. But the staff is really rude to me and my friends. She thinks she is on top and we are on bottom. And the other members, they told me the same thing. I am not happy to see her face because she never says hello or greets me when I smile at her. What is wrong with her? How does she work in customer service?

Fantastic experience: I love the service and I love how many things that there are to do. The people there help you to try to find your level and if you're experienced in some of the workout machines and help to see what would be best for you.

Fantastic experience: Flex manurewa branch is really good the atmosphere the vibe and machines are really good plus the sauna for the recovery include in the membership and plus add on alot of parking space and the staff is really very good and helping the clients in the gym if someone needs help go for it to this branch.

Fantastic experience: I love the cleanliness of the gym and the 24/7 access is incredible due to my work schedule its great for me. I would prefer a bigger sauna as its tight for 2 people and a shower downstairs would be more convenient for gym members but other than that, its a great place with friendly staff and a great atmosphere

Fantastic experience: Best gym yet, can't believe I didnt do that sooner. A gym where even at peak times, you're still able to find a barbell. Mostly everyone puts their plates back. Staff are awesome, will leave you to do your thing but helpful when needed. Members are considerate (although, i haven't seen the evening crew, the gym is always tidy walking in, so that says a lot) and kind. I want to be a gatekeeper, but this gym, specifically Manurewa is everything!

The place is always clean, well-organized, and has a huge variety of equipment for all types of training — from free weights and machines to cardio and functional fitness gear. The atmosphere is friendly and motivating, and there’s always enough space to get a solid workout in without waiting around. Definitely one of the best gyms nearby! Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Hi, I wanted to share my experience at Manurewa Flex Fitness. When I went in to sign up, I brought my two brothers for support due to my anxiety about joining a gym for the first time. However, as soon as we walked in, the staff seemed to focus on my brothers, almost like they were expecting trouble. I had a lot of questions, but the staff barely made eye contact with me, which made me feel overlooked. When we asked for a tour, the staff continued to glance at my brothers suspiciously. After we left, I could hear them laughing, which made me feel like they were judging us and being quite rude. Given my existing anxiety, this experience didn't sit well with me.

Positive experience: Good and welcoming gym. Relatively quiet during peak times so you don't have to wait too long for machines. Downside would be lack of changing area if you are coming before or after work.

Fantastic experience: I decided to change from a cheapest priced gym to a premium gym and there is a day and night difference in atmosphere, quality of excercise machines and bathrooms. Compared to the last gym, this feels like a 5 star gym. I love how memeber can change gym music with kiosk aswell and this place never get crowded. I really recommended this 24 hour gym for those who would love to invest their money in quality rather then quantity, you can feel as your muscle will reponse to these machines better to. This is the nearest gym for me aswell living in Manurewa and parking always feels safe at the back with those bright lights during early morning workout sessions and late nights. I pulled the pin and I am very happy with the decision of changing gyms
