Fantastic experience: Best gym in auckland, the atmosphere, the people & customer service is excellent. I've dropped cash and phone at the gym (seperate times), & the lovely workers returned it back to me. What a community we have at Fitness Plus.

Fantastic experience: Love fitness plus honest I been to a few gyms and I wasn't comfortable because of prices,service and staff I'm my past but then I moved here to south Auckland and was introduced to fitness plus from my partner as that is his gym the people there are loving and no judgement to how you look or are I love fitness plus Manukau I vouch more then with Aroha! Cheap,calm,cool,friendly,no judgement,and alot of equipment to use with your membership all trainers at fitness plus Manukau a real kind and helpful ox

Fantastic experience: I was not a gym person until I started here last year! Driven by community and has stood the test of time, I've met many people who have stayed with this gym for 5+ years. They have everything, women's space, massive weights spaces, spin room, more machines upstairs. Classes in mornings and evenings. Supplements, the best value for money protein shakes. The people here are genuine and care, there's a reason why FP is well known in South Auckland <3

Fantastic experience: Been with this gym since I was 15 and it's only gotten better. Best thing is it caters to what I need (free weights, weight machines) and what my wife wants (women-only gym, kickboxing classes, cross fit, spin and aerobic classes).

Negative experience: Cancelled my membership ages ago and they still continue to charge me and not respond to my emails or calls.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym!! Staff are very friendly and helpful, a gym that utilises and maintains a clean and safe environment. Has a variety of classes that are suitable for all levels of fitness. Definately recommend to others

Fantastic experience: Great overall gym including a women's area, child's play area, functional workout area, seperate saunas, in-house physio (who are seperately owned but give great deals for members), in-house protein shop (great for those like me who have no idea), a chill out area up stairs and the main gym with all the equipment you need for a full body workout. And they offer classes throughout the week that cater to all schedules I especially enjoy the mums and bubs classes at 9.30 Mon-Fri. The staff are friendly and always around to help out or offer advice on correct form. All they need is a coffee machine

Fantastic experience: Great place to train. Wife was at the Manukau Superclinic and this place is just across the road. Real friendly staff who were very accommodating as I was from out of town and couldn't do enough to help (thank you). Plenty of old school machines and more than enough free weights. If you love weight training then this is the place you. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Was looking for a woman’s only area and even better one that allows you to take your kids their so they have a comfy place to wait for you while you work out. The machines are awesome , a lot of weight machines available to target every area of your body , staff are awesome. Best gym i know so far in manukau :)
