The trainers are amazing, the members are friendly and I’ve really felt like it’s a second home. The vibe is awesome no matter what time of day you train! I highly recommend UBX Wigram!

Fantastic experience: I love working out at UBX Wigram. The gym has people of all ages and backgrounds. Trainers are awesome, fun, encouraging and help push you to be the best you can be. As a woman approaching 50, who hasn't always been someone to workout consistently, this gym provides a great place to get into fitness. You can build this over time. If you have any injuries or aches and pains, the trainers can help you find ways to modify exercises where needed. If you are interested, you can participate in challenges, or extra things outside the gym as and when they come up, or you can go, just get your workout done and go home. You can have the community of people, or just do your own thing, whatever floats your boat. I'm glad I went along for a trial when a friend suggested it and haven't looked back.

Fantastic experience: This review has been a long time coming—I meant to write it back in August, but better late than never! I had the pleasure of visiting UBX Wigram with my friend, and I cannot praise it enough, especially the amazing support from Steve. He’s incredibly welcoming, offering genuine encouragement without any pressure. My friend was intrigued by the gym but hesitant to walk in, and Steve immediately noticed and gave her the boost of confidence she needed to get started. Although my friend has since had to move on due to new life and study commitments, I know this experience will stay with her forever. The gym itself is spotless, and the people there are always friendly. It really feels like a community where everyone is there to support each other. I particularly love the quote written on the glass: ‘When Life Gets Tough, Put On Your Boxing Gloves.’ It perfectly reflects the positive, determined spirit of UBX Wigram. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that’s not just a gym, but a source of strength and camaraderie.

Fantastic experience: Have been a member of UBX Wigram since April and I thoroughly enjoy every moment. It’s more than a gym, it’s a community. We have a wide range of fitness levels and ages and awesome coaches who actually care and help with technique as well as pushing you. I would definitely come down and give it a go if you’re thinking about it. Thanks for everything UBX Wigram. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: UBX Wigram is my happy place! The ease of the gym is just the best. I can come in at any time that suits me, there are no class times (so I can never be later or miss out) and the workout changes every day so I never get bored or have to wonder about what I am going to do whilst there. Everyone is so kind and supportive, especially the coaches, and a laugh is guaranteed. Lots of fun and banter coupled with hard work - so good! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Hands down best gym I've ever been a member of. Coaches really care about your personal goals and are always pushing you to achieve them. They also are mindful of any injuries you have and assist you in adjusting the set workout to accommodate and help you recover. Never have I achieved results like i have since joining UBX

Fantastic experience: I never thought I would say I was excited to go to the gym until I started here. I have adhd and struggle to maintain any kind of exercise routine or even want to do it but now I get up each morning knowing my gym session is my first goal of the day. It helps so much with my mental health, especially when struggling with my moods and feeling over whelmed/burnt out. Normally, I find gyms uncomfortable but the environment is amazing, the staff are friendly and always available to help and readily checking in and everyone else attending is so friendly and welcoming, no judgement and criticisms felt at all. Also no hidden costs! 5 stars isn't a high enough rating, you guys are fantastic! it has been 8 months now and I am still loving this gym. Never had such a positive experience working out and getting fit, the community/family environment within this gym is like no other. 8 months down the track and recommend it even more now. 5 stars

Fantastic experience: Joining UBX Wigram is the best decision I made for my mental and physical health. The environment of the gym is amazing, everyone is so supportive and encouraging! The trainers are epic and very knowledgeable about techniques for boxing and strength wize too. If you are looking for a small gym with an epic environment that you feel comfortable to workout in I highly recommend joining!!

Fantastic experience: The team at UBX are awesome - so helpful and really great at building your confidence (I had never tried boxing before!). The ability to start your work out at any time makes such a difference and the training feels more personalised than other gyms I've been to (F45, OrangeTheory etc.) as you get a 1-1 with a trainer every time. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I believe the owners name is Conrad or something along those lines. He is super approachable and easy on the eyes! Not to mention he knows his stuff! Perfect place for people of all levels to learn and grow.

Fantastic experience: Trainers have been very welcoming since I’ve joined and very helpful as boxing is out of my comfort zone but I’m definitely enjoying the sessions and the community here is very welcoming, definitely recommend UBX wigram for anyone who is looking at trying something different

Fantastic experience: Connor, Kyle and Mia really make you feel welcome and always talk you through the station. It's a solid way of burning fat and building strength. I struggle to find a balance between weight training and cardio and I find for what you pay weekly for this gym to what you get out of it is the perfect mix. Having tried crossfit and F45 i'm settled with these guys. A new gym, but one you wouldn't regret joining! thanks for bringing it to Christchurch Connor and the team!

Everyone is so lovely and supportive there especially the coach on site! I was shown in depth how do all the stations and the proper boxing stance/techniques. Thanks team! Fantastic experience: Awesome bunch of people they give excellent support, encouragement and a great variety of work outs that are structured well and also able to adapt easily to accomodate age , physical ability and injuries from previous sports etc. highly recommended and this is coming from a former couch potatoe with historical injuries. Great banter too!

Fantastic experience: I signed up just before UBX Grand Opening. Brand new facility with all the best equipment, boxing bags, speed balls.
