3 months ago Fantastic experience: Wigram Culture Fitness is a warm and welcoming boutique gym where you are made to feel special as soon as you walk through the doors. It's a great place to workout on your own or with one of their fully trained PTs. I am trained by Sophie she's been working with me to build up strength prior to my knee surgery which I had this week and having more strength has made a huge difference my specialist is amazed at how well Im doing which is all thanks to Sophies excellent coaching and guidance. Looking forward to my post op workouts with Sophie. Being a smaller gym everybody is friendly you all become part of the Wigram Culture Fitness Family.

10 months ago Fantastic experience: It is a wonderful place for people of all ages and fitness levels to exercise. It gives the positive energy not only from the workouts I do, but also from communication with the supportive staff and the general friendly atmosphere in the gym. I love the place!

1 year ago Fantastic experience: I’ve found this to be a fantastic gym to go to. It has all the needed equipment and more. It’s clear that the friendly staff have established lasting connections with their members. The gym also caters for all ages and abilities, thanks to their customisable classes and programs. Overall - Great value, environment and facilities. In my opinion, it’s the best in Wigram.

Special mention to my PT Sophie (#trainwithsoph) who doesn't take no for an answer and always challenges me. Great mini challenges open to all members just to encourage you to go that extra mile!
Jonathan, watching your fitness journey has been amazing!! Firstly the weight shed and then you become incredibly strong mentally and physically. Your determination is a great example to many people in the gym who know you!

3 years ago Fantastic experience: I love the approachable staff and it has all the equipment I need for my workout. My biggest problem is having enough time in between reps to pat the super friendly dog Benson.

4 years ago Fantastic experience: Have been signed up for almost one year and the staff are very approachable and friendly. equipment is always clean and tidy. I like the circuits they change up weekly as it means less thinking for me. Easy parking and usual peak times I’ve found enough space and equipment to do a decent workout.
