Fantastic experience: The F45 Beach Haven team kept me active throughout my pregnancy. The trainers were awesome at helping me adapt things to suit my growing bump. I always felt so welcome and never judged for needing to modify so much towards the end. There’s a great supportive community vibe too!

Fantastic experience: Great friendly trainers that are there to support you towards your goals. I had surgery last year and my recovery has been slow, however in just 6 sessions my range of movement and strength have improved, this is largely due to the trainers that have been on hand to modify some of the exercises for me so that I can still benefit from the session of the day. The location is minutes away from my home, the classes are the right size for me, and it's fun training with other people, cause trying to do it on my own wasn't working.

Fantastic experience: I’ve spent the last month on holiday from the UK so contacted F45 @ Beach Haven to see if they could accommodate. Sammy was amazing, helpful and welcoming and soon had me on a casual membership which coincided with a January new years special offer. I’ve managed a different session with each trainer all of whom are friendly, approachable and have great energy. The kit is good and clean. Facility here is especially good, it’s massive, has showers, clean changing areas, good parking. If you want a challenging workout the Wringer is a goodun but there’s plenty of variety throughout the week. It’s as hard as you work! Loved my time here and will miss the sweat and lovely atmosphere. Until next time! Thank you all

Fantastic experience: Great gym with amazing trainers! Super supportive and challenging. Highly recommend to everyone of all ages, shapes and sizes ❤ I've returned after a few years away & can honestly say to come back & feel so welcomed is why F45 Beach haven will always be top tier. The staff & ownership are super friendly, not to mention seeing some of the same trainers after such a long time away made it so much easier to feel confident stepping out of my comfort zone. Will miss this place when we move, but know when I'm back I will 100% be stopping by

Fantastic experience: F45 is an addiction! It challenges your mind AND your body. I love the variety and intensity of the classes, and the diversity of the people participating . The trainers have the support down pat. They know when to push you and when you’re in survival mode. F45 allows you to achieve mental and physical goals every single class. I love it!

Fantastic experience: A motivating and fun way to work out! I really appreciate all the support from the trainers who help to correct my form and give me that extra push to keep going. I highly recommend joining if going to the gym hasn't worked for you or you're short on time.

Fantastic experience: I must admit that I was a little scared about starting F45. Now a month-ish in, I love it. The trainers are awesome, the workouts are challenging, and I feel empowered every time I walk out of the studio. My only regret is not joining sooner.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loving F45 Beach Haven. The variety of exercises keep me on my toes (literally), the trainers are incredibly motivating and the other members are friendly and supportive.

Fantastic experience: My first experience of F45 but I’m loving it. Did a 10 day trial for $20 and signed up as a full member immediately after. I’m a large and unfit girl but feel capable with most of the exercises. Sometimes if I can’t quite do them (ie. chin-ups), the trainers will give me alternatives which is great. Warning: you will be smashed the whole time! No respite! But it feels so great to have finished a workout. The trainers at Beachhaven are lovely, friendly and down to earth. It’s definitely the people that keep you motivated to come back. But also (old me is baffled that I’m saying this) I’m feeling a little addicted! Give it a go!

Fantastic experience: These guys are amazing. I joined up hesitantly with a friend who had been doing classes for about 6 months. The team and everyone around you are super supportive and motivating. They'll change things up if you can't do something. I'm really enjoying it! Was apparently just the boost I needed to get into shape!

Fantastic experience: I was sceptical at first coz there are so many gyms and classes out there but from my very first session I was hooked!!!! I love the change up every class and the instructors at Beach Haven are the best. I’ve been struggling for years to find my exercise place but I struggle no more!! Exercise was always a chore but now I look forward to it - thanks F45 Beach Haven!

Fantastic experience: This is a friendly workout space, the clients and the coaches! The workouts are varied, and interesting - you do what you can and build. There can be a bit of friendly competition and encouragement. Workouts are well explained and it never takes more than 45 minutes! quick and easy!

Fantastic experience: I have struggled to find my 'thing' to get me excited and motivated to exercise....then I tried F45 BeachHaven and I was hooked from day one! For something to get me out of bed at 5:30am each day, it must be special! The trainers are second to none and make you feel so comfortable and relaxed all while encouraging and pushing to get the very best from you. The variety of exercises and getting something new each time really holds my interest along with seeing just how quickly my fitness and strength is improving. Fantastic experience: The trainers are super friendly, encouraging and helpful, the studio is nice and big, and you can tell the team keep the place clean and hygienic. The hardest part is committing and making it to class - but after a couple of sessions, you remember how amazing it feels after smashing out a workout, and you get excited to go!
