Fantastic experience: Clean and fancy gym, love the vibes

Negative experience: Unfortunately due to people filming in the gym I felt uncomfortable & not safe. Due to not feeling safe I cancelled my membership & was still charged the cancellation fee. Members privacy while training should be valued more. It is in the terms for others to gain permission prior too filming but I felt like the one punished for it because “it happens everywhere”

Fantastic experience: I have been into fitness for many years and particularly love the Level Up classes! It is an amazing, supportive community and the coaches know their stuff! I have learnt so much and have been encouraged to keep doing better. Hitting goals that I never thought I would. Facility is clean, tidy and staff are helpful and friendly. Top work team!

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern, clean, and welcoming environment. The gym is equipped with top-of-the-line Technogym equipment and offers plenty of space to train, whether you're lifting, doing cardio, or joining one of their LevelUp group fitness classes. The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. I especially love the group classes—they’re fun, challenging, and a great way to stay motivated. The whole vibe of the place is energetic and supportive, and the smoothie bar is a great bonus after a tough session. Being able to work out 24/7 is a huge plus for my schedule, and I genuinely look forward to coming here. Flex Fitness Rolleston has everything I need to reach my fitness goals, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Positive experience: I LOVE this gym the equipment is easy to use but it's too small and the reception takes up too much space, other than that this gym is perfect

Fantastic experience: I’ve only been a member of Flex Fitness for 5 months and it’s already made such a difference to my strength & training. I’ve been doing group fitness for years but Level Up is definitely a step up from other group fitness classes. In 5 months my technique has improved a lot and I’ve learnt new lifts I never thought I would do. The coaches at Flex Rolleston are the best in the business, they have so much knowledge and are constantly helping you grow and improve.

Fantastic experience: I have not been apart of a larger gym for sometime but joining Flex Rolleston has been awesome! I look forward to classes and seeing other like minded people. The trainers/coaches are dedicated, intuitive and inspiring but can also give you a kick up the bum and go harder when needed haha. Smoothies are top notch. Highly recommend the Level Up.

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym! Ive been to a few gyms in Rolleston and this one is by far the best in my opinion. I prefer the equipment here too, especially the treadmills. Always clean and tidy. Always someone around to ask questions or ask for help. Reasonable pricing as well.

Negative experience: I don’t think the 8 week challenge was fair they judged about who has more children and not who had lost more weight. Waste of money I reckon as they are not transparent about the status of every competitor.

Negative experience: Im saw the results of the last challenge they did and I don’t think it was fair as other competitors did way better and have a big change in their bodies.

Fantastic experience: Emily and team at Rolleston Flex fitness are awesome! I’ve been a member for 6+ months and I’m more than happy. Facilities are always clean , bathrooms are well appointed, and the gear is well looked after by everyone. Well worth that little bit extra over the other 24/7 gyms. The best part is definitely the shake bar, they know my order and have my pre-workout and post workout drinks ready before I ask!! Well done Flexfit team.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE flex fitness Rolleston. The level up membership is the best membership I’ve ever purchased. The trainers here are the most humble and down to earth trainers you’ll ever meet. The equipment is top notch and never broken, the space and aesthetics is gorgeous and the smoothies are the perfect way to top off a hard workout. A++ would trade again

Negative experience: Nice new equipment and environment. Unfortunately I have negative experience after terminating my membership. My credit card kept getting charged although my membership is cancelled. Now it's almost 2 weeks and still trying to get a refund for some of the unauthorized charges... Once you're not a customer anymore, no one seems to care - not a professional behavior.

Fantastic experience: I have really enjoyed starting my fitness journey with Flex Fitness Rolleston after many years focused on my kids and not on my own health. I'm getting the balance back and looking after myself.  I have loved the level up classes and the coaches really make the anxiety and nerves melt away with their welcoming, bubbly and helpful personalities (impressive for 5:30am starts).  I'm impressed with how much support you get with technique and encouragement throughout every class. The coaches are all consistently there when you need them. They adapt exercises to suit my current abilities so I can always achieve.  I was super nervous about coming to the gym after so many years and so much weight gain and have found the environment being darker and with plants (plant crazy lady) and the supportive staff and gym members just the perfect mix for me. Highly recommend !!!

Fantastic experience: My favourite place, awesome gym. Just the business, top level equipment & facilities/premises & super friendly staff. Convenient location (town centre) with plenty of eateries left, right & centre should one decide to have a bite post workout. Highly recommended to those that enjoy fitness training in a professionally run gym.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Flex since it opened. This modern gym has a good selection of equipment, which includes a good number of cardio machines. It's popularity means it can get busy at peak times, but it's open 24/7 which makes it truely flexible.
