CrossFit^® Rolleston

Fantastic experience: I recently visited CrossFit Rolleston for the first time, while I train back in Aus, visiting new gym can always be a little daunting even for someone who loves exploring new gyms on her travels and I was thoroughly impressed, for the small town of Rolleston! From the moment I walked in (slightly running late), I was greeted with such a warm welcome and friendly smiles. The coach took the time to explain the workout and ensure I felt comfortable with all the meantime also having fun, the music was a highlight along with the workout programmed for the day. The coach was incredibly attentive, offering guidance to those requiring and while keeping the atmosphere a light, positive and supporting feel throughout the session. Additionally, the coach was incredibly accommodating to myself and my needs, super easy going, and while I would have loved to have gone back the following days to keep going, holiday mode was definitely in play. The facility itself was a big area, clean and well-organised, with all the equipment in beautiful condition felt like such a fun playground. Overall, my first experience at CrossFit Rolleston was fantastic, and when I come back to visit again, I will be sure to hit them up again. Highly recommended CrossFit like this one is a great place someone looking to start their fitness journey and has no clue on what they're doing as the programming and instruction and accountability is already there or for anyone that just wishes to drop in the people there are super friendly!
