Fantastic experience: Lots of different classes. Very friendly and energetic teachers who you can tell are truly passionate. Doesn’t have the competitive environment like some other places.

Fantastic experience: Awesome place for active, on the go kids, to burn off energy and learn some epic skills that they can put in to practise when using the world as their playground. The tutors are incredibly knowledgable and patient with the kids. There are heaps of awesome classes to choose from (we love parkour!). Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We’ve had our kids at Flow – Academy of Motion for the past couple of years and they absolutely love it! The variety of classes—from parkour to tricking—keeps them excited to come back each week. The coaches are skilled, encouraging, and create a fun, safe environment where kids can build confidence and try new things. We’ve seen huge growth in their skills and self-belief, and the community here is fantastic. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: My family joined Flow a year ago and it has been a game changer! It's the place to be, no matter your age. It gives you confidence, inspiration and makes you see the world in a different way. The teachers are incredibly talented, enthusiastic, and supportive, and the set up is versatile and perfect no matter what level you're at. The possibilities are endless! Fun is a priority. My kids are now doing multiple classes a week - parkour, tumbling, circus and kids flow. The classes are tailored to their skill level and age group. The staff give great feedback for improvement, while building confidence and making it a fun experience. The classes are fresh and interesting every week, keeping the kids engaged and excited to go back for more!

Fantastic experience: Epic place for children to explore their physical capabilities in a super fun, safe environment.

Negative experience: Proceed with caution!! My son attended a birthday party at Flow over the weekend and a heavy traffic cone was placed on top of monkey bars and their challenge was to climb and touch it. Another child knocked the cone over on top of my son's head from a 2 metre height and caused considerable damage - a 4 hour trip to A&E, a 3mm gash to his forehead which required gluing and check for concussion. This accident was 100% preventable. They should have never had a heavy item unsecured at heights. The Flow staff were very casual about the whole incident, saying they had stopped the bleeding (which required glueing/stitching) and just go to A&E as per caution. There is a sizeable whole in my child's head and now he can't get his head wet for several weeks and can't participate in any sports for over 3 weeks. He is incredibly lucky he didn't get a concussion. After the incident occurred, there was not so much as phone call or email from Flow to follow up to see how my child is doing - showing no remorse or care until I emailed them.

Very different place from those boring and very strict gymnastic gyms. My son loves it! And birthday party was a great success, all 12 kids enjoyed it a lot. Thank you guys :)

Fantastic experience: We couldn't recommend Flow Academy in Albany enough! My son was a wee bit shy & reserved so we wernt sure how he would get on it but with Dion & his team being so helpful, encouraging & supportive our son absolutely loved the Kids flow sessions! Our son recieved great guidance & we saw his confidence sore. He went from wanting to be last to try things to wanting to be first! Dion & the team are absolutely amazing and we highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: My 7 Yr old is just getting started with Parkour but the clases have been great! They don't hold back and teach the technique in detail, they give them an extra push for them to get out of the comfort zone and see what they are capable, and very cool.

Negative experience: Frustrating experience. Trialed over a year ago but my kids were too young for the class and didn't get a full idea of what was on offer Tried to do another trial just over a year later and they refused and wanted us to pay full casual price . We're quite rude I waabt taking the piss I was a genuine customer with to children who had not been able to fully try and experience a class previously..disappointed in the customer service and Definitely won't return. :-( Edited to say that I have just received an invoice for these classes my children never attended !!

Fantastic experience: Flow Academy is really good. The staff engage well with the kids and the kids love going each week. Amazing to see how quickly they progress.

Fantastic experience: Awesome fun for kids (and adults too). Lots of bars and obstacles, trampolines and a big foam pit. They have after school and school holiday programmes.

Positive experience: Went there with my kids for the open day and it was fun. They jumped around and did their own version of the parkour. It's one of the few options for parkour and my son enjoys his classes.

Fantastic experience: My kids love this place. We went along for a free trial and signed up the same day. Receptionist is lovely and helpful too. My children did the holiday programme for two days as well - they really enjoyed learning the new skills and I like that they are incredibly active!

Fantastic experience: If only I lived in Auckland!!! This place is amazing. Sprung floors, cool equipment and some wonderful teachers passionate about giving kids and adults the ability to step into their 'flow' of fun, problem-solving, health, and fitness. Please bring it to Sydney.
