Edit: You also run a trailer as seen in your photos, it's very bad advertising to have the trailer speeding around town, cutting across multiple lanes

Fantastic experience: Our kids always love this place. We've been coming for years for school sessions, birthday parties and open sessions. The kids attended the Kids Night Out for the first time tonight and had a blast! They met new people, enjoyed pizza together and had a nerf gun war. Their red cheeks showed how much fun they had. Great staff, great facilities.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful place for our joint birthday party (2&4 year old) and general playtime. Great jungle room for under 5s and big trampoline hall for 3+. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Good value for money and never disappoints.

Fantastic experience: Flips and Tumbles staff are amazing! They are patient and really supportive! I would highly recommend going to them for trampolining.

Negative experience: My son had a terrible experience with one of the staff members at kids night out a few weeks ago. I called to try and understand what happened and was told I would be called back however it never happened. My son keeps asking me if they have called me yet as he was hopeful to come back to kids night out, but he won't be now unfortunately.

Negative experience: We attended a 'trial class' on Saturday, but were surprised to be charged $30 for a 3 years old. When we enquired in person, nobody mentioned the pricing and we assumed it was free. It wasn't until 2 days after the class that we noticed the website listed the trial fee as $20. Honestly, the term 'trial class' implies it's free or a no-obligation intro. If you're not disclosing prices upfront, customers are going to assume it's free. Maybe consider calling it a 'casual class' or clearly stating the costs when people enquire. That way, expectations are set from the start

Fantastic experience: Kids love coming here. Coaches are wonderful and caring with the kids. We have done parkour, tumbling and mini parkour and all of our children learnt so much and had so much fun. Coaches are really patient. Kids also went to kids night out and had a blast!!

Fantastic experience: This is an awsome Trampoline/parkour gym, great for those who want to learn new tricks and skills. The super trampolines are high quality and very bouncey weather your a begginer or experienced Flips & Tumbles will suit your needs. (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)

Negative experience: Disgusting experience at flips and tumbles was honestly a joke we walked like 10 km to get there and were only ten minutes late and the two girls working turned us away they were rude and made comments that felt like fat shaming we were excited to go and they completely ruined it we left feeling embarrassed and upset never going back hope the 2 girls get fired

Negative experience: These unprofessional people at the company flips and tumbles did not let us in they said we cannot go in because we were 10 minutes late it is very unprofessional. We walked 10 km to get to the facility. I am not mad I’m disappointed in you flips and tumbles

Fantastic experience: Jungle room was perfect for my daughters 3rd birthday. She had such a blast playing with her friends. The private jungle room is perfect for the friends/family combo It was really special that the grandparents could watch her play and be included in the party while she could explore all that the room had on offer. Fantastic experience: dropped the kids of to "kids night out". they are 3 and 5. both had a great time and cant wait to go again. and me and the Mrs got to go out to the cinema and get a bite to eat. cheaper than a baby sitter and the kids love it!

Negative experience: Don’t recommend to families with special needs kids or neurodiverse. Got told they could accommodate autistic kids and they definitely can’t. Staff are young and they don’t have enough employed to support all the kids let alone differently abled kids.

Positive experience: Kids love the variety here - parkour, nerf gun parties, trampolines and gymnastics.

Negative experience: Really concerned about the low level of Health & Safety. No pads down the walls next to the trampolines. My boy just missed a pillar and disappeared down the side of the first airpad. The boys then went up to the Parkour section. When my child reached the end he could have easily fallen off with no padding at the bottom, he could have had horrific injuries or died. This is directly next to the warehouse door which was partially open at the time. No pads on floor alongside the long trampoline either. Staff pre occupied with their cellphones. Up your game Flip and Tumble.

Fantastic experience: Great place for entertaining the kids with a range of activities to suit everyone’s desires. If your kid is wanting to learn anything to do with trampolining, parkour, tumbling etc this is the place for them. They also offer nights out where you can drop your children and go. A little pricy especially when you have to pay to enter the place with your children but worth it in the end. Staff are friendly and make your visit a positive one as Much as possible. :)

Fantastic experience: Recently had a birthday party for my 2 yo in their Jungle Room, great set up for toddlers and had soft play blocks and toys for babies.Large table in the room with plenty of chairs, great for parents to watch from. Microwave and fridge is handy too. All the kids had lots of fun, it took a while convincing them to leave at the end ☺️ (we also appreciated the staff member’s patience with us and offers to help us pack up - sorry didn’t catch her name!).

Negative experience: Small facilities, poor supervision my child was injured and had to wait for me to help as the staff didn't notice. Also very rude staff wouldn't allow me to take any photos unless I paid fir entry.

Fantastic experience: No coffee on site but there is a fantastic bakery down the Rd, walking distance. Couch's and heaps of space in the upstairs area to watch the kids have fun.

Fantastic experience: My kids just love this place. My 2 x sons (9 & 11) have after school classes in tumbling and parkour. They have heaps of fun and it's not too serious. We have also done the casual sessions and the school holiday program which the kids loved too. The staff are really friendly and helpful too.

Negative experience: Expensive for what you get. $18 per 45-min session! My daughter said gymnastics classes were more challenging for her than the soft parkour. Another thing, the admin staff is rude and incompetent. Upon enrolling I was not sent any terms and conditions regarding sickness, nor regarding re-enrolling. The links in the emails did not lead to the right place and staff on phone didn't know the location of their policies. Yes they were on the website, but the staff, not knowing where they were, was kinda funny. Btw, beware, you will only be credited (not refunded) any skipped classes even if you have a medical certificate for 3(!) consecutive weeks of sickness. No options beyond that. My daughter had a surgery, and I had to call her doctor 3 times to get the right certificate that would satisfy their needs, and they were still not happy. This was just ridiculous. Somebody needs to remind them that they are there for their clients, not vice versa. Seems like they are thinking too much of themselves. Well, good luck. Not coming back, and will not recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: The staff and equipment are great. My daughter always loves going to term classes and the holiday program they run. She has learnt how to do many things the right way which I am extremely grateful for !

Fantastic experience: Kids had a ball here. Would definitely bring them back again. Would have been good if there was grip socks for us to purchase. Normal socks just didn't cut it. I tried looking for some at kmart but couldn't find any. Just assumed this place would have them so remember to bring grip socks. But other than that my kids loved this place. Nice little waiting area for adults as well.

Fantastic experience: We went on a whim knowing that I wanted to have our daughter attention the holiday program and then on term 4, so we wanted to try it out. It was a $2 day but we missed out on those tickets, all good, we were pretty late so we got a $10 ticket. Our LO bounced around for an hour. In hindsight maybe it would have been better if she had someone with her rather than her be in her own but she was able to play alongside others there. Well worth it.
