JustWorkout Birkenhead 24HR Gym: Opinions
Negative experience: What a joke. Website and Instagram said open at 10am on 31st December. And website allowed me to book a trial with an appointment. Only for further ‘staffed hours’ on the door to say it was closed. Horrible, avoid, go to City Fitness EDIT/ update in response - I literally set up an appointment to view the gym as a prospective member - They didn’t show up. The Instagram page justworkoutnz stated the opening hours. How am I supposed to know there is an additional profile!
Hi James, we can see you are not a member of this club. Our website is correct and clearly states on the front page * Note some clubs are unstaffed on the 24th Dec and 31st Jan so please call your local club first before visiting. The instagram page for our Birkenhead branch also says quite clearly this branch is not staffed today.
Fantastic experience: I am not usually a gym-person, but the group workout classes here were amazing. It keeps you motivated, and you get to know everyone there over time. Really wish there was a membership just for the classes Overall highly recommend.

Negative experience: Poor communication, no reply’s to emails sent to Birkenhead gym, Sean having inappropriate conversations in front of members and multiple visits to cancel membership. Corporate need to spend some time addressing issues here instead of just pocketing the money.

Negative experience: You’ll stop taking people’s money during lockdown…it’s almost three month yet you guys been taking payment. This is fraud, you’ll better do your job properly.
