Negative experience: Equipment is old, poorly maintained and very dirty. Management do nothing to address feedback.

Positive experience: When I attend the Howick gym the gentleman their is very engaging and even small talk I find is very professional, respectful and makes you feel a part of the gym community.

Negative experience: Quick to take your money but not quick to cancel a month to month gym membership.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy working out at the Howick gym. The staff are friendly, equipment is well maintained and the members are focused on their training.

Fantastic experience: Jetts Howick has been such a great place to train. The gym is always clean, well set up, and has all the equipment I need whether I’m lifting weights or doing cardio. I really like the friendly and welcoming atmosphere it makes workouts so much more enjoyable. Being open 24/7 is a huge plus for my routine. Lucky to have this as my local gym!

Negative experience: Charge fees that are not in contract

Negative experience: Avoid Jetts Fitness due to poor customer service.

Negative experience: They keep doing unauthorised transactions with our credit card information.

Negative experience: Randomly charges extra fees that weren't agreed upon in the contract, a complete waste of time trying to recover the money.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic, relaxed, safe and clean environment and awesome friendly staff who make you feel very welcome and part of the gym. I love going and there’s great facilities!

Fantastic experience: Howick Jetts is a great space for your workout. Plenty of machines to suit any kind of gym program, separate areas for boxing and mat work, plenty of free weight options, treadmills, bikes and rowers. It's always clean and tidy and has a great overall atmosphere.

Negative experience: ***WATCH OUT*** AVOID!! Shocking cleanliness standards or should I say amount of filth! , mould in showers.. yuk, sticky urine on the walls along with layers of dirt… terrible machines that hurt because the padding has worn out - missing a couple items and have to wait for a machines. Bathrooms made me feel eww every time I had to use them. - then they REFUSED to cancel my membership!!! Even after giving them evidence of the issues!

Fantastic experience: Great gym - very tidy and very friendly atmosphere. Recently redecorated so quite attractive. Has all the basic equipment with multiple sets of the essentials so you're not having to wait. The manager Jarred is very friendly and pleasant to deal with Great parking around the back too, and close to all the local cafés. And best of all, the fact that their prices are super low is a bonus as well - less than $10 weekly

Fantastic experience: Joining was absolutely seamless. The gym was very clean, had a great vibe and a nice variety of equipment. Jared was also really encouraging, honest and easy to approach. In fact - I liked it so much - i went home and had my wife enroll :-).

Negative experience: Good equipment but I had terrible experience dealing with one of the customer service representatives. That person lacks any training and was the only reason for me terminating my contract with Jetts. The other thing I didn’t like about jetts is they manage payment through a collection partner and if you need to discuss anything they simply ask you (sometimes arrogantly) to go and dispute the issue with their partner, why should I be engaged with a 3rd party that I didn’t choose to deal with? Lastly is the prices, Jetts charges more than other gyms, I personally don’t see any reason to justify this specially when it comes for customer service.

Negative experience: Horrible experience. The take your money and blame it on their inability of doing admin. Cancelled membership 2 and half weeks ago and when the payment did not go off the said I need to pay them as they did not cancel my contract. Watch out for these scammers!!!!
