Fantastic experience: Best gym on north shore

Negative experience: Absolutely hopeless place for support if you want to cancel your membership. I've been trying for 1.5 months to cancel and the only way is to contact by email but they never respond. Tried phoning, email, Messenger and even going into gym - nothing..... A customer MUST be able to cancel a subscription as I have now paid $17.99 per week for 7 weeks for nothing. Clearly the only thing they care about is taking your money and lifting weights....go elsewhere.
