#PRShed Strength and Conditioning is a functional fitness gym located in Blenheim, New Zealand. Driven by our passion for people and their overall well-being.
We aspire to make every and any individual feel safe and comfortable using our facilities. We implement comfort, quality, integrity, honesty and respect in all our coaching sessions as these are our core values and we believe they help achieve great results.
Being a member-focused gym means that we are dedicated to ensuring that you are always supported to reach your fitness goals and leave feeling valued and appreciated. We are a gym that is passionate about the wider community and strive to cater to all diversities through offering a broad range of classes specializing in Strength and Conditioning.
All of our coaches hold or are currently studying towards a minimum Level 3 Fitness Certification, giving you peace of mind knowing you are in the capable hands of industry trained professionals.
