Fantastic experience: I love that gym. Sometimes, they see me twice a day. Very friendly staff and some of the best trainers I have known . Definitely recommend this gym for everyone.

Positive experience: Very small, but everything you need. For all boxers: there is one heavy bag available as well as skipping ropes. Jetts (the company in general) has very modern training equipment and the staff (especially in Mairangi) is extremely friendly.

Negative experience: 开卡时我说只用一个月，并且周价按最高$13.99收费。后来因为lockdown也就没再去，后来查到我没去也都在扣费，说是我没通知取消会员会一直扣费，扣费我认了。我尝试沟通能否延长使用我的已扣费时间做为补偿，回答是系统不支持。我非常失望，虽然这个健身房就在我家旁边，我想以后也不会再去了。至于停车配套和设备我就不再吐槽了，看其他评论就知道了。所以我的评论是零分。

Fantastic experience: I am 82 years of age and had never been inside a gym till last year. I find Jetts at Mairangi bay very good. Jo the lady in charge is lovely and very helpful. I do what I can and you feel very comfortable there.
Negative experience: Joined Jetts mairangi bay. thought it was great. The parking is atrocious sometimes having to wait 25 mins to get a slot. At first it felt great but after some weeks the true situation of this particular gym started to show. Guys coming and hogging 2 machines at once and not letting others use 1 machine. Very common. Last straw a Caucasian rough neck comes in and harassess me. He wants me to share the bench press when I am almost done. Walking threateningly in front of me. Reported the incident to the lady manager Jo. Promised to investigate but NOTHING HAPPENED. Still waiting for her call.Cancelled my membership in DISGUST. You can be bullied as it is staffed only periodically. Too many members in such a small place with limited exercise machines. Bad experience. NEVER AGAIN JETTS!!!
Positive experience: Staffs are awesome. Gym itself is small but has everything I need including weights, equipments, machines, stretching space, wifi etc
Positive experience: Tonight apart from at least 1 person not being hygienic and using a towel and the wifi still not working and the machines with built in TV not all being tuned in tonight was quite good

Fantastic experience: Awesome little community feel gym. Not too busy or too many people. Everyone is happy doing their own thing and focused on what they are doing. Quite and easy going (not loud and overwhelming like some big gyms)it has everything you need. Great for people who are starting out or just want to work out in peace. Love it!
