Negative experience: It was as if the female manager went out of her way to ruin our experience. Rude and belligerent - she said she was going through menopause Unprofessional.

Negative experience: No cross over between the different attractions with no common area for families with kids of different ages to regroup. Staff are very rude and the overall impression is it's just set up to screw the most money out of you that they possibly can in one visit, only one because we're not going back. Oh and did I mention the food is terrible

Negative experience: Went here last night and lost my hoodie. Called up this morning and the staff were very unprofessional and rude. Saying that I wasn’t a real customer and had to call back over 3 times. If you want to go to a tramp park I recommend the brew town area in Upper Hutt as they don’t have a time limit, more playing areas, and better staff.

Fantastic experience: Well.. As far as fun for kids up to 12-13 years old..it's the right place! Can definitely pass few hours in indoor fun and games. As for us adults, you might want to bring some earphones and a fully charged cell .. I actually joined my kid on one of the facilities' spaces (the cyberpunk), and it was fun, even if it was in times embarrassing for her.. Enjoy!

Negative experience: Bad experience, was standing at the queue to get tickets for my kids at jumperama, got to the front and I got told to move on the side so they can serve the people behind, I just humble myself and do as I told, after I bought tickets went to the Cafe to buy some coffee and food for my kids, only 7pm no sign to say they stop selling coffee at 5pm as she said, with a bit of a attitude, To be honest, not the first time I come across this kind of attitude everytime we visit, not many with a good attitude I've seen working @ this place, I'm a business owner myself, I may not look like one but hey, I will never ever except or employ these kind of people, waste the time and waste of money.. They need to stay home if they are too tired and can't handle the job.

Negative experience: All the arcade machines are rigged, claws don’t clamp, games don’t work but still charge you and if you win anything and it doesn’t come out and you ask them to retrieve it, they expect you to have video footage of you winning the game.

Negative experience: Waste of time as most of the machines to play game where not working but it will take ur money- kids played with 5 machine that didn't work but took funds, most of the machines that are working don't issue tickets to claim prizes - just a few of them issued tickets - we won't visit that place again

Fantastic experience: Brought my five kids here on a rainy day while vacationing in Wellington and so glad I did! They loved the 'Clip and Climb' (rock climbing with a twist!) and the Ninja Warrior course. What made it so special was Matt - the young fella running the section. He is the perfect mix of professional and friendly and went out of his way to encourage my nervous children on the rock climbing especially. Thank you Matt!

Fantastic experience: Great place to spend the day with kids

Negative experience: Celebrated kids birthday party here. Faced some issues, 1. Small Table: We were given a small table when big tables around were empty all the way till the evening! 2. Two cakeage fee!: We had to pay a cakeage fee of 10 dollars to cut the cake in the cafeteria. We brought two cakes since the size of the cake was small. Later they noticed the second cake and were asking another cakeage fee of 10 dollars again for that and grabbed the second cake and put in the fridge as though they are not trusting us. I did not get the logic of that. We have brought our own paper plates, cutleries etc. so how does it matter if we eat one cake or two cakes.we felt not welcomed by the cafeteria staff, especially, the senior lady there as mentioned in other reviews. May be the rules can be little relaxed after all we were there to celebrate a birthday party of a small kid.

Positive experience: Good thing at this place -food and drinks for kids and adults✔️ -playing area for all ages✔️ -safe and kid friendly✔️ - price is reasonable in these time ✔️ Not good at this place is - machine not working cant refund money❌️ -staff look lost when asking fo help❌️ -staff not at the place to collect prizes when handing tickets in from card.❌️ -tables needs cleaning cause food left on tables get eaten by ‍⬛ why birds are inside❌️ please work on this thank you

Positive experience: Cool place for kids. Never order a coffee here... took 30mins and it wasn't even that busy. Staff doesnt seen interested and the place is a bit out of control. The one in brewtown is better managed.

Negative experience: This is the 2nd year we had a birthday party here but were disappointed that they only supplied us with half a juice tower when it was full at the last one. 8 thirsty kids knocked that off in seconds. Suggestion- let the customer know this prior and give them the option to top it up for the party. The staff told us they wouldn't top it up until I asked if we could pay extra then they agreed (how about just communicating that to us!) we had to talk to 3 different staff members to make this happen. Just seems like hard work and not good value for money.

Fantastic experience: Even though I didn't do much jumping, my 7 year old did and loved it. It was great to get some exercise in and use that extra energy that kids seem to have over the holidays.

Negative experience: Went there today and the senior lady was so RUDE!. My 3 year old daughter put $2 into a vendor machine that had nothing in it. There was a picture blocking the view of what was inside the machine so you couldn't tell if it was empty from the front view. Instead of apologizing and being done with it this lady berated my 3 year old and told her she should of look at the vendor machine from the side to see if it was empty. I told her she should of put an "out of order" sign up. This lady then started to blaming other children for ripping the sign off and that there wasn't any spare signs to put up. I managed to get my $2 back and this lady happen to find some more "out of order" signs. This lady needs to learn some better customer service skills.

Negative experience: Though we had a birthday party booking the staff wasn’t very helpful, we had to ask to get anything done, the staff isn’t so friendly especially the senior lady at junglerama who made me pay twice for my daughter so she can attend her brother’s birthday booked in the same place!! Very arrogant and rude, i feel sorry for the workers who have to deal with her every day!

Fantastic experience: Very bouncy. If you like tramps well these guys have loads of em. Put the green socks on and bounce your troubles away, just don't wear the socks afterwards for a month straight like my little brother.

Positive experience: Fantastic set up if you want to jump around in your exercise regime. Jumping into the foam pit is very therapeutic. If you have kids, take advantage of the connection with Jumperama and Junglerama. It's a great deal for the whole family.

Positive experience: My moko's enjoyed coming here on teacher's only day pretty much had the place to themselves. Was a good choice to entertain them for an hour

Fantastic experience: Jumparama in Hutt Park is the best trampoline park in the whole Wellington region. The kids always have an absolute blast bouncing around and jumping into the foam pit. Awesome fun for the young ones!! Definitely a great indoor activity when the weather isn't that flash. Take the kids, you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Really great place, quite spacious and has few good obstacle course, runs on time slots. Neat and clean well maintained,has good number of two row benches outside in the waiting area for parents and others and shoe cubby and also has toilets closeby

Negative experience: 24.4.22 Understand if staff are busy but the senior woman there was RUDE! Outcome: Coffee + drinks 25 mins wait Food - 35 mins (drinks were already gone) Hey lady, yes kids are loud and excited 1 kid lost 1 sock and you thought it was ok to yell at her?? We were a Birthday party group and would not come back EVER!

Positive experience: Great place to take the littlies the food is pretty good too however we had my daughters party here no knifes to cut the cake. I assumed as there was a kitchen this wouldn't have been a big ask

Negative experience: I booked a birthday party for my son and a Covid lockdown happened so it did not go ahead. Booking the party was extremely difficult to begin with. I tried their website, phone and email. I paid a deposit and I haven't heard from them (after several 1 way emails to them). I have not received credit or refund. Their communication is terrible. I do not recommend and hold no faith that I will receive my deposit back.

Positive experience: Absolutely loved it so did my 1year old. Definitely will be back. So much fun and things to do there. Adults are not free which is the only downfall. Everything is safe so we could just let her go for it and know she would be ok. Also had a toddler area which was perfect for her too.

Fantastic experience: Great customer service from the team at junglerama, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would say this is cheap also, $10 during the toddler time special for both junglerama and jumperama for one adult and one child.

Fantastic experience: What a fun place for children to just jump around and have fun. The complex of jungle Rama and jumperrama is just a feast for the kids.
