Classical Mat Pilates Classes. Come and stretch yourself out. Learn how to work from your core out to your periphery. Lengthen and strengthen your body, let the movement and your breath work together to create a strong, long pilates body! I have been teaching for 14 years here in Lower Hutt. My classes are friendly and I will guide you with building blocks if need be and encourage you to challenge yourself when your pilates body is ready!
