Positive experience: Great small gym...I use it because it has a couple of other machines other Jetts don't have but the downside is there seriously needs to be some focus from Management on phone use...way too many people sitting on machines just scrolling social media..not resting between sets..seriously not being aware people are waiting to use the machines...I've had to approach people too much and even given up waiting and left not finishing my workout...the feedback forms go nowhere.. rules on phone use needs highlighting at all Jetts gyms as I use others and its painful at peak times but this gym is the worst.

Negative experience: Gym is alright. They do require you to give a 2 week notice to cancel as it says on the contract which I do not have an issue with. However, the reason I am giving Jetts a 1 star is because when I emailed them to cancel my membership as it says on their website, no one responded and to which I sent a follow up email, and they took the 2 week notice from my follow up email and not my original email that was sent. I addressed that I wasn't happy paying beyond the 2 weeks of my first email (because that's when I gave my notice) and to which they said I will receive a $10 penalty for every payment missed. That's not very ethical and I won't recommend this club to anyone. Apparently it's easier to sign up than it is to quit.

Negative experience: Would not recommend Jetts Fitness. They are the first to demand your money but when you have questions they never respond. They cancelled my contract for no reason with up to date payment and without me asking to do so. I have been emailing them now for almost a month and no response from them. Very very poor service.

Fantastic experience: My favourite gym in Takapuna, if you don't like crowds and like to work out in peace make sure you go there after 8pm otherwise you will have to deal with a decent amount of other gym-goers.

Negative experience: Gym is alright, but be warned Jetts use a debt collection company called debit success, where if you miss a payment they almost double the amount owed. Also it's somewhat difficult to end your membership, compared to how easy it is to start it.

Negative experience: The kind of place to leave 2 tvs with an error for 3 weeks and counting. No maintenance here. Not bad but definitely not great.

Fantastic experience: The team are friendly and professional. The P.T's aren't over the top in trying to get your business like other gyms I've visited. You don't feel like you're surrounded by posers and the gym gear is all really top notch.

Positive experience: This gym in particular never has working wifi. Decent facilities and a couple boxing bags. Clean bathrooms, friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: I have registered last week. Olivia the manger was helpful, she took me through all the health and safety tips she was so kind. Ans the celaing standard is excellent. I recommend it

Fantastic experience: Is a really nice and clean gym! Staff very friendly. Cancelled my membership and continued to get charged for a month after but Olivia was incredibly helpful with how to sort that situation out so thank you Olivia!! It was an old managers error so I wont make a bad review :) I recommend this gym!!

Negative experience: Really needs to be updated. Equipment is broken layout is bad, music too boring wants me to go to bed not train, also too load. No decent parking always have to pay for parking . Very bad for such an upmarket area. Other gyms around the area much better and a fraction more

Negative experience: Great price but that’s the only good thing about this place. Gym itself is small, only two bathrooms, only 4 parks to accomodate members, staff are rude, and online customer service is no better. Wouldn’t recommend, better off taking your money elsewhere

Negative experience: Convienence? 10 out of 10......................friendliness? -10. Worked out there 5 days a week for 18 months.................trainers look right through you daily............never saying hello or even acknowldeging with an eye signal. Staff that run the gym are allowed to park in the 4 car spaces out front leaving paying members to foridge on the streets of Taka to find someplace to park. Do not think for one moment you will shower and change after your work out and go to work................2 showers and always a queue. I can handle anything there but the aloof trainers and the attitude.

Negative experience: The gym has ONLY TWO changing rooms, be prepare to wait for up to half hour to change in peak time

Fantastic experience: Love this place been here for a few years now. Staff always willing to help. Parking across the road aslong as it after 6pm. Normally heaps there. Otherwise surrounding streets.

Positive experience: Good gym to start off with. Good equipment and the best is the price point. Instructors are only available till a certain hour so I would not expect much in that regards if you were going late evenings. Parking is very limited here but one can find some easily on the nearby streets. It does tend to get crowded at times. I wish there online system would work better so putting membership on hold, etc was a bit easier. As it stands this gym is excellent value for money.
