Freedom Camping

Positive experience: I called into this Site this morning Looking for an RV Dump Station as the One at the Show Ground Charges $10 fear enough! But I've Found another One on Franklin Road opposite the Franklin Squash Club it's "Free" but you need Vice grips or Pliers to Use Fresh Water Tap !

Positive experience: Nice and quiet place. Few “permanents” its just a parking area but good far a night or two.

Positive experience: Freedom camping area used. Very appreciative as the sites around Auckland are few and far between and filled with illegal, false stickered 'SC' vehicles. People still sleeping in cars/un SC vehicles when they can get away with it, everywhere.

Negative experience: Do not park or camp there! This Region near to Auckland is really unsafe!

Fantastic experience: Man konnte an dem Ort genau das machen, was man wollte. Freedom Camping. Sehr leer.

Fantastic experience: Self contained vehicles can camp in the designated area of the carpark. • Permitted camping hours between 6pm at night and 10am the next morning • Maximum stay of two nights • All rubbish and other materials to be removed when vacating the area • Dogs must remain on a leash at all times

Negative experience: Name Freedom Camping doesn’t mean you can camp there. Nice looking park, not a camp ground.
