Our no-contract memberships start from just $10.95 a week. In addition there are no hidden charges for membership cards and no extra fees for direct debits payments. If you’ve never belonged to a Fitness Club you should never commit to a long term contract.

Our staff are friendly and relaxed, when they smile they mean it. Our members range in age from school children to Octogenarians, they come in all sizes and shapes.

Fantastic experience: The best gym in Pukekohe by far. Heaps of fitness classes available (I love the body pump classes personally). Big cardio area upstairs, huge free weights section with boxing ring, Olympic lifting stations and a variety of weight machines. Personal trainers available. I train with Heidi twice a week and she's amazing. Very friendly, chatty and motivating but will definitely make you sweat. They also have a kids room which is $3 per child. They have a range of movies, x3 PlayStations, toys, books, puzzles, a giant blackboard wall and it's own toilet. Love this gym and I will never change
