Fantastic experience: Been a member since 2022. 2 years strong now, for $9.99 days have access to all the gyms in New Zealand which I handy for me if I am different suburbs I drop into my nearest Jetts. Showers and toilets are always handy, also can’t forget you can get fresh clean water to drink as well

Fantastic experience: The atmosphere is welcoming, making it a great place for both beginners and long-term members. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: Went to every toilet no toilet paper AND filthy. I'm not blaming the management or lack of, this company goes through a few, like toilet paper actually. You only get an extra star because the staff try their best and the gym is handy for me to go to.

Positive experience: Just a mention to keep the toilets in good working order like taps for running water t paper available on the site & if the mechanical brakedowns on site must be rechecked just incase of a repeat failsafe problem on the same machine ect;

Positive experience: Crowded from 7 to 8pm during the week. Much quieter in the weekend

Fantastic experience: Joined Manukau branch and the staff (Theo) was very professional and helpful. The facility itself is awesome. Has a lot of machines, weights, and changing rooms/showers. Definitely would recommend it to all. A bonus, you get to extend your parking time limit as a member of Jetts Manukau, should you want to do a little shopping in the neighbouring stores after a workout.

Negative experience: Place stinks, corner lights been out for months no effort to fix it. Most Machines are floppy and some have been out of order for weeks. Toilets are filthy. Not enough streching equipments, only one streching ball and that too not inflated properly. Worst jetts as compaired to other jetts around the town who offer much better service.

Negative experience: Came into activate my membership on a Saturdsy. Trading hours says on their door 8am - 11am but doors are locked. Spoke to the members who came out of the gym and said no staff were in today. Quite disappointed as i was looking fwd to getting it sorted today as weekdays staff hours are quite difficult for me to be there. Called the number for the branch no answer and also called the 0800 number they too couldnt get thru. So end up leaving a message and having to leave. Very shocking with this experience.

Negative experience: I’ve went in to the manukau brunch to talk about payments cause the only option payment yous had was weekly and I get paid fortnightly but no workers were onsite and that was last month so I then tried calling and got sent through to voice mail. No one had gotten back to me at all so I went back a few days later and waited outside for someone to come out cause I also don’t have a key aswell and when 1 person came out I had asked them if there were any workers on-site and they said no again. 2 weeks ago I got a text message saying I was late on payments and they had added a fee aswell yet no one still has yet gotten back to me from my messages I’ve been leaving behind. I’ve called 3 times now and have been sent to voicemail. Im getting charged yet I still haven’t gotten a key to be able to actually go in and use the gym and no one’s gotten back to me and it’s going onto 6 weeks since I signed up.

Positive experience: Really nice clean gym, a big improvement. The manager is friendly and welcoming, They have replace the cardio machines and have brought in new ones, which is great. I will be back again to train. Ngaire

Positive experience: It was very nice, actually my very first time back in a gym for at least 15 years. I brought a friend, she signed in Manually unfortunately no staff were available despite being staffed hours. But with that said, it was easy to navigate the system to sign in that was set up. I like also that you can register your vehicle to stay longer as parking is only 90min. Atmosphere was very good, equipment had everything you needed and user friendly. I used my app to help me do each exercise as it gave examples of how to use the machines. Thanks again.

Negative experience: Beware of parking over 90 mins in the carpark. It is monitored by cameras and will send you a $65 fine in the mail. Apparently there is supposed to be a tablet to enter in your car rego in the gym if you go over 90 mins. Have never heard of that at other jetts. Not sure if the gym publicises this clearly at the entry for people who don't normally go there. Won't be going there because of this.

Positive experience: Good range of equipment and weights only thing I don't like is it feels cramped a little and the dumbells are always placed in the wrong place so it takes a second to find the right weight

Positive experience: Nice gym, like most jetts gyms it's good, the only reason I gave 4stars is that 1 of the of the leg machines was broken (no broken sign displayed),so I couldn't complete my leg workout...

Positive experience: This is to let you know that the machines here in the gym needs to be cleaned, wiped properly There is lot of dust on them. I have been looking them from last 2 months. Please have a look Thankyou

Negative experience: Not happy at all. No one is answering the calls and the staff did not help with my enquire. Seriously? Overcharge and not enough knowledge. Other PT Talia was better. Equipment is dusty too. Staff needs to communicate well

Fantastic experience: Loved it. Belong to manurewa but going to go here now as manurewa falling apart and can't move. This place has a well spaced clean gym. Staff are great and left feeling great.

Negative experience: Got overcharged twice, Rachel one of their manager promised refund. Never received my money back, try to avoid this gym.

Negative experience: Hardly anytime staff visible in premises, pray well before you enter as the equipments are pretty older than you (bought before jetts date of incorporation) and cleaning wipes are byo. Ellyptical trainers are inky pinky ponky, always under repair.

Negative experience: Old equipment, no staff members when suppose to be.. how can I sign up my son, annoying. Going to manukau jetts for over 2 years only once staff member. Dirty. Packed with Indians cant get to machines because their hanging and sitting on them. Wifi never works

Positive experience: Out of all jets this their's worst set up gym. Very small n congested. Easily gets crowded.

Negative experience: I went there once and it put me off so bad, I saw people working out without towel, they dint even bother cleaning after them. You could see it's was just disgusting.

Positive experience: A bit small and when its busy can be hard to get a bathroom to change. Otherwise the staff are lovely.

Negative experience: This place is going down under. It is so disgusting. The smell, stains and stench in the bathrooms is revoulting. The care of this place is now minimal.

Negative experience: The worst jetts I have ever been to, never have toilet paper, dirty, staff sometimes aren't there during staffed hours. go to a different center - trust me

Negative experience: I went there in the evening and there were very noisy bunch of Indians who shout in their language. They took the whole area where the cable machines were so no one else could use the whole area because of that. EDIT FOR THE REPLY Thanks for following up! It was around 7:00pm on 5/10/2018 (Friday). You can ask other members who were present in the gym at that time too.

Negative experience: Usually frequent the one at Auckland CBD. Went here as I was in Manukau and had time to kill. Equipments are sub par and the space is limited. The bolt on the leg curl machine (to adjust the cushion at the feet) was broken while on the leg extension didn't hold it in place, rubbers on hand grip on another machine was partially torn, etc. Saw a guy doing triceps push down when all of a sudden the weights on the machine came crashing down. Luckily he wasn't hurt. Won't be coming here again.

Fantastic experience: 2 days ago I went to jetts manukau for joining. The manager of the gym was really handy. He helped me and explained how can I achieve my goals. I would recommend everyone to go and see this person with great knowledge about fitness.

Positive experience: Not bad bang for your buck. Look, it's not the best gym. It's small, limited and could use a deep cleaning. They have recently repainted, which made it look better. However, you're only paying $11 per week- so to be fair, you get what you pay for. The manager is friendly and always helpful. He does his best to keep the place clean, as one person running the whole place. It may get run down or get dirty now and then, but that's not the fault of the manager. If people want a better gym, pay more money or better yet, Jetts could hire an additional staff member. It's reasonable for what you pay for, and for me, it is a convenient location.

Negative experience: such poor customer service via online and phone contact . after numerous attempts at contacting to book an appointment or advise of further information on membership still no luck . Have also tried my local Jetts no luck , have gone to visit and cannot enter without swipe card and as per display on door have to signup online to get started and members cannot allow access to non members as part of their policy . Have tried more than 50 times and still no luck . i have been referred by my best friend with good review , no hidden contracts and low cost payments but im having second thoughts as cannot seem to speak to a real person but only getting answering machine . Disappointed customer.
