Home Sweat Home is based in Papakura, offering our Fitness Trainer Services. I run an outdoor fitness business catered to beginners. If you haven't trained in a long time or not trained at all, I am that coach that will help you develop a healthy fitness routine. You will be in Group Training alongside other members who are also in similar stages of fitness. Members train outside, but shelter is provided when it's cold and wet. Each session offers variety so no two sessions are ever the same to keep it fresh and interesting. Services are provided to those living in the Takanini, Papakura or Manurewa areas of South Auckland.

Fantastic experience: Home sweat home has been the life change i needed. A programme with lots to offer, group training with a lovely bunch of diverse individuals and an awesome authentic trainer to guide the way. Nothing beats training outdoors and getting fresh air with no judgment or pressure to keep up. Since starting I have so much more motivation and my way of thinking has shifted and I feel a lot more happy in myself knowing I’m making an effort and not just thinking about it. I highly recommend this to everyone as there are so many benefits and nothing to loose

Fantastic experience: Danielle has unquie approach to getting fit. Every class is different, meaning there is no boring routine. Yet within this routine you can work at your own level. Then you have periodic fitness tests. Meaning there is a goal to work towards. A sense of purpose to it all. This suits my personality. And one more point, the people working out with you are real. This all combines to every session leaving mind and body feeling good . Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Danielle is amazing and her programs are so good for beginners yet so challenging for those that want/need some challenge. It has changed not only mine but my entire family's fitness and we are all adopting a healthy lifestyle. I am eating more mindfully, more nutritious foods and enjoying these fun workouts. Fantastic experience: I wanted somewhere I could fit in without all the feelings of embarrassment and shame that came along with having a mum body, and recovering from numerous injuries, somewhere I could be accountable for my own successes and losses, Danielle and the awesome team of coaches welcomed me and made me feel I was apart of the family and at home instantly, I knew then that this was the team for me, over the months I have waxed and waned in my journey but I have had alot of changes, positive changes, and triumphant moments! Fantastic experience: Signing up for the 28day challenge with Danielle was the best thing I've done! That was back in February 2024 and I'm still enjoying the workouts and loving the results. It's easy to sign up and there's different time slots to choose from to make it work for you. Plus with the extra fun filled adventures we get to be part of outside of boot camp make the journey even better. Fantastic experience: I joined home sweat home about 2 months ago and am loving it. I have never been a fan of the gym but joining this class has helped me come around to excercise in general. Danielle is a great coach and doesn't just stop at the fitness classes she is supportive and follows up on helping you reach your goals with a commitment to keeping you accountable. If you are looking for a class that combines effective work outs with a supportive community, this one is definitely worth trying

Fantastic experience: Where i am now in my fitness journey I must say I am pretty stoked with the progress I have made thus far. I usually find commiting to something challenging but ever since i started with HSH, having a good community and atmosphere to train with has definetely helped me stay consistent. You can train at your own pace and no 2 days are the same so expect a good full bodies work out for the week depending on your own personal goals. Fantastic experience: Danielle’s bootcamps are super organised, motivating, encouraging and fun! If you are feeling hesitant, just jump right in and give them a go - what have you go to lose? I have been with HSH for 6+ months and have had a great experience so far. Fantastic experience: I came across Home Sweat Home on a community Facebook page. I had been doing solo workouts for sometime and I felt like I needed something more! From the moment I first spoke to Danielle, I knew I was going to love it! She was so informative, she cared and she listened to what it was I was after. When I attended my first few sessions she took the time to make me feel comfortable and walk me through what I was doing to help my technique. I’m six months into my time with her now and her trainings have become a regular part of my week. I look forward to every session not just for the workout but for the people! Fantastic experience: Thank you so much to Home Sweat Home for helping me to enjoy exercising, looking forward to it and feeling proud of myself for doing it even when I'm sore. But also for giving me a place surrounded by amazing people who wholeheartedly support me and don't make me feel unfit or that I’m holding them back during partner workouts. Thank you to Danielle for making me feel welcome from the first phone call but more importantly for helping me, turn up for myself! I still have a long way to go, But on our first phone call I told her I struggled to do exercise by myself because I used excuses as to why I don't do it, or why it could wait till another day, but when I made a commitment to other people in the past I would go, but since moving to Aucklnd I didn’t have any people who liked to exercise, so exercising fell short. But Home Sweet Home has helped me turn up for my self. Both to classes and whilst away - such as today where I’m planning on exercising because it makes me feel good and I want to turn up for myself, with the amazing support of the trainers and the other people who join in, I’ve been able to show up for myself and look after my health better. And would highly recommend the 28 day challenge to anyone who wants to give it a go - it’s how I found my exercise family.

Fantastic experience: I have never had the confidence to go to the gym or join a fitness group. Whenever I tried I felt uncomfortable, self conscious and had no idea what to do with the machines! Joining Home Sweat Home has been the best decision I’ve made for my self care. I love being told what do and how to do it right, I’ve massively improved my fitness and feel confident in myself. HSH coaches Danielle and Demelza are super supportive and have built a great community of amazing people who motivate each other at every class!
