The whānau at the joint believe that all people in the hapori whānui (wider community) of Te Papaioea (Palmerston NorthAt the Joint is Papaioea's(Palmerston North's) premiere boutique Aerial Arts academy. Diverse, safe and inclusive studio space that focuses on hauora(health and wellbeing). Classes include Balance and Mobility classes for mature people, Active Stretch and Flexibility classes, Stength and Balance Classes, Pole Fitness and Pole Dance classes. Aerial classes include Lyra(Aerial hoop), Aerial Sling, Aerial flying Pole, Aerials Silk tissue. We also offer personal training, exercise plans. All classes run from absolute beginners to intermediate, advanced and elite level classes. We teach from internationally recognised syllabus'.

Fantastic experience: This team has great energy and enthusiasm. Was welcomed warmly by staff and students. Principal dance instructor and owner Douglas is a fun and delightful personality who operates each class with high energy and is a great motivator. I felt comfortable as a first time visitor and was instantly at ease.
