Fantastic experience: Jess and Dylan are actually amazing, I've been away the last few weeks and have missed everyday being away! It's always a positive vibe, I always feel very motivated by the trainers and leave feeling like I've worked hard Definitely have noticed strength and sports performance since the start to now and have lost some weight while also gaining some muscle which is exactly what I wanted Will be back soon no doubt and recommend it to anyone who is looking to start into the fitness journey or just needs an amazing environment to help you stay motivated and on track Keep doing what you are doing Jess and Dylan you guys are awesome!!!
